Haven’t sandblasted before but the building was a little fragile we had to use a lower pressure just to be on the safe side!

Did you try sodium hydroxide. it could be carbon build up from the road rather than organic staining.

Yes the whole building was soft washed but there was some copper staining and other strange marks that wouldn’t shift. Client was over the moon so that’s the main thing, have to remember not to be so hard on myself 😅

Ok, well, I'm a retired nurse, so I would have been ok to pick up the needle. You could do it with gloves on, or use a reacher/grabber tool to pick it up. Put it in a plastic re-sealable container (we call them Tupperware or Rubbermaid over here) and take it to the police station. Or a hospital. Or you could drop it into a clean plastic milk container, but those have narrow openings that make it harder to deposit theneedle safely. Its good to get them off the ground.

We ended up putting this one in a commercial bin but it wasn’t the only visible one in that area 🤯

The top half was soft washed due to the age and condition of the building. Also the building had to be rinsed down afterwards so made no difference 😊

looks like it needs bleaching ...!...from Queensland ...not clean enough for me but way better than it was but needed more work
