It was very eye opening seeing comments on the shaderoom majority of them were supporting Onezwa but our own people down here are shaming her and I think Nara’s defence force comes from the fact that she’s biracial and married to a white man while Onezwa is a black woman from a South African village. We are with a colorist , racist and very classist country as South Africans.

Those South Africans attacking Onezwa while the evidence is there are only doing that because they want to relate to Nara's lifestyle so bad even though they’re closer to Onezwa's lifestyle than they can ever be to Nara's. Few weeks ago & before, whenever people ask her where she gets her recipes, her response was " I come up with them". After getting exposed, her response is "I google and also come up with others", on her last post, she was asked about the recipe and she credited some guy on Insta. This is a person who said she has been eating takeaways all the time until less than a year ago when she learned to cook, you can recreate recipes as a new cook but creating recipes from scratch with no reference is purely a lie. You believe a person who learnt to cook less than a year ago can wake up and know how to make a lollipop and a bubblegum without checking existing recipes online? Nara Smith is just a liar, period.

I've been watching Nara and Onezwa since last year bc I love to cook, and I never saw their content being the same. At some point people started coming for Onezwa and saying she's copying Nara. It was a very frustrating time but I remember Onezwa clearly saying their content is not the same and people should let them both be. That's when Nara made a comment on the same video. So this switch up is so confusing.
I love both of them for different reasons, Onezwa for her farm to table life, and Nara for her from scratch glamour. Manje iwishy wishy and honestly Im done with BOTH.
