The pomo doro technique is only applicable for easy subjects. Not for subjects like science and maths as the topics are relatively difficult. 25 minutes is an average for a student to gain momentum. You're telling me to take a break as soon as I develop momentum? This is likely to affect your concentration negatively. It's a huge claim that it increases focus lol
