U will see gradual increament regarding ur vocals, then take it further to the next level, i.e by speaking it with ur mates or relatives of ur age grp. By doing so, u will get enough courage and positive approach. But try to do all in english only, and read newspaper and some articles and discuss it with ur colleagues. You can also check how is the sound, fluency, body language etc when you speak by recording video on your mobile phone and adjust yourself by evaluating your video with videos from youtube or anywhere else which shows correct speaking skills.
