How many quarts did that tub take?
It takes 1 quart primer and 1 quart epoxy. You will use less if sprayed on vs. rolling it on. I have another video using an inexpensive electric sprayer coming soon. Thanks for watching!!
Great work. You mentioned that you have another video of how to apply the product using an "inexpensive airless sprayer". Do you mind sharing the link? I searched all of your other videos, but I can not seem to find it?
Yes I do! I haven't had time to upload it, I will try to get it done and send you the link as soon as possible. Thanks for Watching!!
What size compressor did you use ?
My compressor is a 25 gallon compressor, you can use a smaller one, it just takes longer for the compressor to refill. Thanks for Watching!!
Was your first coat only primer?
Yes, the first coat is only primer. It sets up very good for the top coat to give you a nice smooth finish. Thanks for Watching!!
Did you have to thin the paint
No i did not, but you can if needed depending on which tip you are using on you spray gun. You can thin it out using mineral spirit or xylene since it is an epoxy, if needed. Thanks for Watching!!
Mine has a 1.4 do you recommend thinning with that size and how much xylene per quart any help would be appreciated sprayed 1 coat of primer today took forever seemed like wasn’t much paint coming out thanks
@@Joelwright9280 Check the spray gun, most of them have an adjustment knob to increase the amount of paint, I would test the paint spray pattern on a board until you get the right spray pattern you desire by adding a small amount of thinner and adjusting the spray gun paint volume. I hope this helps.
Outstanding work.

Did you sprayed straight from the can?
Also did you sand between coats?
Thanks
