What a sweet lady; she's such a cutie, and I love her personality. I've had two very close Jewish friends in my lifetime, even though I'm a Christian. They loved me; I loved them. I've never understood antisemitism. My first girlfriend was in grammar school. Her parents were the only Jewish family in our small Florida town and owned a very nice clothing store. She went away after a time, and I think she was in a private Jewish school somewhere. Then, as an adult, my closet friend was a wealthy (me, as poor as a church mouse) Jewish woman I met in Israel. She was from Long Island, I still resided in Florida. She and I met in a store in Tel Aviv and became very close friends. I've said this to say again that I've never understood antisemitism. My father was a businessman in a small Southern Georgia town after he and my mom divorced, and he ate for free at a popular Jewish restaurant--a chain owned by two Jewish brothers. Well, they loved my father and let him eat for free. My father always had a love for Jewish people as well, and, I found out that we had Jewish ancestry and I was beyond happy about that. I'm still a deep believer in my Christian Jeshua, Jesus, but I also love my Jewish people. I've always asked myself if I would have helped and hidden Jewish people, and I keep answering myself: YES! Love doesn't allow others to be hunted and murdered for simply being Jewish! God bless this sweet woman and her family.
