I have never experienced this emotional shift from just listening to music, I don’t know what happens. I am thrust into a deep appreciation and love for life suddenly. I think music like this hits us hard is because it’s exactly encapsulates the experience of life we all go through. Don’t know if this makes sense but this is what I felt
I can picture Lines of Royal Scottish and Irish Soldiers in full dress uniforms, Flags bearers, Pipers and regimental drummers. Just a PARADE of peace and love. Salutes and smiles. I can hear the marching orders and cheers and laughter. Was they just Parade down a main road. I can close my eye and that is what I see.
