A little of both! Sometimes we upgrade an existing car with a cleaner one and sell the other one, sometimes we keep the cars we like and other times, the cars are really clean but not our "cup o' tea" so we move them on to other collectors' homes.

It looks like the wheels have been swapped on all of them they look like they're repops. And the bases look like they've been polished.

It may look that way, but this is a very clean, original collection. No repops and the bases are 100% original - they have not been polished.
