As I mourn the passing of my 91 year old dad, I am still grateful. I attended another funeral just yesterday. My heart is refueling with the warmth from old Chinese church members I haven't seen in a long time since moving away. I have rekindled relationships with supportive women that have checked on me. I'm still working on being stable but my Bible will give me the balance that I need. There are more funerals to attend than weddings these days. Praise God from whom all blessings flow....
I'm thankful for being alive after I went through brain surgery back in 2020 I'm grateful for having a roof over my head and for my mom and Big brother and the rest of my family... and I'm thankful for my life..
Amen! I am sitting here being so thankful I clicked on this. I just spoke this to my daughter yesterday. She is 13 and middle school is rattling her. She is fearful at school. I am trying everyday to speak the word of God to my children everyday. I have had a dark struggle with myself for the past 5yrs but praise the LORD, Jesus yanked me out of a deep hole of depression, self shaming and anger and the worst fear I have ever felt. I feel the Holy Spirit in me louder than ever before and my mind is even brighter. I feel like God put those words in my mouth to her yesterday and then I’m hearing you say the same message to me today. I am extremely grateful to God for confirming that I am on the right path with helping her manage her anxiety moments and not ALLOW it to control her. Praise and worship music has also helped me a lot and I love singing through hard times. A

Wow, I needed to hear this! I believe the Holy Spirit tried to show me I was doing the same exact thing a few days ago, instantly basing my emotions off my surroundings or something somebody said, leaving my anxiety and fear on a rollercoaster ride all day long. It made me start to question my faith when I realized it, how could I believe that God is more than able but the second something caught me off guard I found myself questioning if God was even with me? I felt like a hypocrite. I have a terminally Ill little girl and I have seen some of the most Amazing miracles God has done through her with my own eyes, I have seen her very fragile and intimidating handicaps turn a paramedic from a nonbeliever to a full, on fire believer, who came to me after a horribly frightening 911 call and transport to the ICU for my baby girl and he sat down with me and told me his story and then told me how the God he didn’t even believe in spoke so clearly to him through my baby girl who is deaf and blind on top of many other life threatening issues. After that ride in the ambulance, he no longer believed there was no God instead he said he had NO DOUBT that our God is very real and still doing miracles every day! Praise God! It’s a moment in this journey with my little gift from God that I will NEVER forget. How my baby girl who is fighting for her life every single day is here and has the medical issues she does because God is using those very things to get to so many people and bring them into the kingdom. God uses her disabilities, things I used to be angry at God about, to lead others to him. What a amazing God! So how could I forget my faith so easily because of my surroundings? And I woke up, seen this video on here and as I started watching it and listening to you, it all started making so much sense!
Thank you for your honesty in these Basin videos Pastor Furtick, you have taught me so much about God and the Word in the last 3 years since I joined Elevation E Fam. This teaching was the thing that just tied it all together and taught me what I needed to be doing so I won’t forget my faith so easily and grab onto fear and anxiety when something happens in my surroundings that I didn’t expect. I have to keep my eyes and heart on Jesus, on the promises he made to us, and remember what I’ve been taught through the Word. “A stable heart is a grateful heart” Thank you again Pastor! See you in Ft Wayne on the 26th! This will be my 2nd Elevation Nights experience and I can’t wait!

Pastor Steven has let the Lord use him in so many ways. I remember 5 years ago when i was struggling alone and i would watch him preach. No one new or could help me but Jesus❤. But his very words and the way the Holy Spirit spoke through him helped me so much. Although my walk with God & relationship had to help pull me through. My dark battles.. I remember his teachings always gave me more fire/ fight. I never tell anyone but the secret battles that no one can see are the hardest. Also the hardest for people to understand. Then i have to battle those that don't understand my battle. But i know not to fight flesh and blood so that My Father can fight for me❤ . Things are so much better but my battles in private I've had more coming at me. I will never stop fighting the Good Fight. My Father has me and in my battles I've already won through Jesus's blood... But I've always wanted to say that I appreciate watching the Word Steven has preached. It has helped me so much even when i was alone to not feel alone and move forward. I know I have the victory I just have to not ve distracted and keep moving forward. Believing the TRUTH✨Jesus is good & never fails. Love him💛

Crazy that this was something I did yesterday as anxious thought and feeling were starting to overpower me. While driving and sobbing, I began to switch my mind to gratitude and eventually I was being grateful for the season that Im in to a point of excitement of what’s to come through this season. The joy has continued with me today. Thank you for all your great sermons, you really have to such a help to me for the last 5 years.

I prayed for a long term job and hopefully 🙏 I got it 2 days ago!! And I did not know where I’ll get the money to pay for the hotel, that’s where I’m staying.. God, in His Always sovereignty, makes that way possible and easy this morning.. The always good and generous St Vincent Du Paul member came and paid for Wed & Thur, night for me.. because tomorrow I start work.. This is Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah to the glory of God always!! He’s always, and I mean always coming through for me.. God , my Heavenly Father Have never ever ever failed me.. I have to always believe, trust, and know without a doubt that God’s word is absolute truth!! Never doubting!! And, I have to pray 🙏 to God!! I tell Him who He is, and what He is about.. I tell Him back what His words say, His words is God Himself speaking to me/us…i tell Him His promises He will do for me if I do the things that He requires from me..Believe me, God, Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ, with everything in me , have never never left me stranded!! I desperately want to scream it. I’m crying right now while typing this…because of the immense power and greatness compassion goodness love from The Father..Please, people, it requires giving back God The Father something,, and He will help you..He gave His Only begotten Son freely for us, therefore, we need to give Him something back, and the faster we give Him praises and honor Him He will come through for you.. Today while I was listening to this video as I was driving I kept feeling so grateful to God for the gorgeous cherry blossoms, forsythias, daffodils and tulips that were in full bloom up and down the highway and all around me. I know the devil is working but I always Quote this verse even when I'm feeling overwhelmed; "No weapon formed against me shall prosper." Isaiah 54:17, and my favorite verse "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for you are with me, thy rod and thy staff comfort me; Psalm 23-4. Thank you lord.

Your example makes me wanna put everything into practice myself. There was a time when i was frustrated about church and how shallow it can be, people get overseen ... I praise Jesus for this message. I PRAISE Him. I have been begging and believing God for balance for almost a year - desperately in the last 3 months. It has come sooo slowly - and sometimes, it has seemingly not come at all.
So I asked God, OK - if You are not bringing the outward balance, what are you trying to change in my inner person? Through outward pressure, He has revealed and made known to me what is going on in the inside.. and a hard truth: that those things on the inside were already there even when I had the perfect outward balance I am craving now. So the outward balance in importart, but it is not the savior I think I need. I HAD so much outward balance before, but I see now that even then, my inner imbalance (anxiety, fear) overshadowed any blessing of outward balance and time I had. I can see now how I could have thrived in it, from the inside out.
I spent time with God this morning, and this message kicks the ball into the goal (affirms) what He has been speaking to me. Thank You God (and for your son, Pastor Steven) so so soooo much.

So say a prayer for my paps if you will his name is Ron Parr he is 87 years old & he needs to build up strength in his legs because his 2nd wife died at the beginning of the month & he done fell 6 times thanks for the prayers & a house in Charlotte north Carolina sounds lime a good place to make a change. It's hard to make a change when you stay in the same environment mentally for 52 years. May God in Christ continue to bless your ministry bountiful much live to you & elevation
