    How to prepare Karo/Ragi/Millet bread
I am going to take you through the process of making/preparing Karo which is a delicacy in Uganda 🇺🇬 most especially Western Uganda.
It is a simple/easy recipe and time saving process. Karo is a vegetarian dish.
Karo is the second stable food in Western Uganda after MATOOKE. (Watch my video on how to prepare matooke)

I loved the way that kalo was nicely chopped on the endiro, it looked like beef 😋

wow I just learned a new way of shaping kalo, we also eat kalo in westnile (Arua) but we mix cassava flour with millet or shorgum and we call it enyasa and the preparation process is the same.
    well done cindy.

You keep adding a little flour until you have a desired texture.
