just rebuilt my carburetor as well! If its been sitting for a long time(like mine was) I say u clean out the gas tank I cleaned out the gas tank it was pretty rusty

Probably u joints. Those trucks may not be fancy, but they are indestructible. I have a 67, 71, and 73. They came to me cheaply, so why not.
