I arrived at the ARMS program in April and just graduated from basic this month. In that time, I lost a total of 102lbs. It was a great program that assisted with weight loss as well as they thought several classes about nutrition. The cadre were more than helpful with the entire transformation. It sucked while I was there, but if I had to do it over again, I would.
That gives me hope I'm just about to turn thirty two and I've been really considering the Army reserves.I mostly have a weight issue.I didn't know that they have classes about nutrition.Thats kind of my goal right now to lose 100lbs with in a reasonable time frame.I will have to look into the ARMS program.
Went there started 4 weeks ago with a asvab score of 28. Left with a 71 AFQT. They told us this test was easier then the outside asvab test at meps. It really was baby questions. Everything we learn in class will be on the test. I suggest anyone to sign up for this program and go and really focus on studying here. I learned 100 words in 2 weeks never thought I could learn that much like that. Really good program I can become something better then what I was. They gave us this book with arithmetic and vocab words you need to know at least 110 to be safe on the test. Stay away from immature people there is a lot and study words every night here and you will pass. I’m stupid dumb and I passed thankfully they really want people so go sign up and I promise if you do everything I said you will pass.
That’s awesome and congrats!!! Thank you for sharing and excellent tip! Stay focused and continue to do great things! Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
I scored a 30 on the asvab and want to be infantry. If I do this program and pass the asvab there will they send me to Ga for infantry or will I go somewhere else
Went to the pilot program in August. I was part of the weight lost program, made some awesome battle buddies and learn a lot about nutrition. I am currently in AIT and happy I went.

I’m so happy this program was available to my son. He went to Jackson mid November. He passed after 3 weeks once classes started. He was home for HBL then went straight to Benning. He started basic last Friday. He is excited! FSPC is a great program!
Leaving out tomorrow from meps to this program. I’m glad they made this program for unqualified recruits. Going for the academic track scored a 28 a couple months ago I didn’t want to retake again and possibly fail then having to wait 6 months. I thank grammer hero for the knowledge I did gain to even score a 28. It’s below average but I put myself here because of not taking school seriously and playing video games even missed middle school and freshmen year. I still graduated but I find basic high school math hard to understand. Anyone else reading this and in my boat get rid of distractions and excuses. I’m working on these. Be back in 2 months to give an update on the course and my status
Congrats! Good luck and best wishes in Training! 💪🏼 Make the best of it, have fun and do your best! Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
I take the test with everyone in my company this Tuesday. At the beginning of the program they gave us this book to study arithmetic and vocab 150 words. I have been with some other people here studying the words and know about 100. However only 15 are going to pop up on the test and it’s a shorter test from what I have been hearing. Once I get a good score I will let you know everything from start to finish and what to expect if you decide to go. Glad I made this decision tho.
This video nails everything on the head, all in 1 go, and very precise. This should be seen by all future applicants who either fail tape or the ASVAB. I’m glad I could help out on this! Keep up the great work. Also, I graduate BCT tomorrow (Fort Leonard Wood) and it’s been one hell of a ride that’s for sure! Can’t wait to head back to GA for AIT.
Took the ASVAB and got a 97/99, 26M with a BFP around 30%. I am currently heading to MEPS on Jan 31 and should be shipping out for the ARMS 2.0 program. Super excited this program exists as I will be able to get in shape but also become accustomed to Army life and routine before BCT. Will be enlisted as a 35P, Cryptologic Linguist. Love your videos and they have helped me a lot. Lost about 15 pounds in the past 1.5 months already.

Wow this is a great opportunity for these type of people that need the extra help. Hope it is a successful program. Remember this is your opportunity to rise to the challenge (for the trainees). Stay positive 😊
I think this program is good. It allows future soldiers who are close to meeting the standards the extra push they need to achieve the standard. All branches should have these programs. I am sure 10/15 years done the road the Army will have future senior NCOs and Officers who are graduates of these programs. The NJ guard has a program for existing soldiers who fail to achieve height and weight and pass PT. It’s pretty intense and good for retention.
I'm going into the Navy personally, but was just told on Reddit today that the Navy has this SAME program they JUST rolled out this month... I am at 28% body fat, and worried a LOT I wouldn't make the 26% before this May 10th, (Which I will still try hard to do) But gives me a MUCH better outlook that I can still go and will qualify. So happy that the military will give us fatties the chance to still be in! :)
Good Luck in MEPS and may the MEPS Gods forever, be in your favor! 💯 Check with your Navy Recruiter if you need a 50. The Army 09M Program no longer has that requirement. Good Luck in MEPS and may the MEPS Gods forever, be in your favor! 💯
It is actually good to know that something like this exists. I think I will enlist in my state's NG to help pay all my tuition off. I was a good athlete but long nights of study and work made me heavier. Thanks for the information Drill Sergeant Swartz.
Just graduated basic training got shipped out from the asvab program to Ft Benning for infantry. If you chose something other then OSUT you will get shipped out sooner. I have till September until my next graduation that being for infantry. Then my goal is to become a Ranger. If you memorize your words at the asvab program You will pass. There is only 15 words that will show out of 150 words so if you know at least 120 or so you have good odds of having most words on your test. A couple other people studied 30 words and didn’t pass. Study study so you can pass your first time there so you can start basic training.
Thank you for sharing and hope all is well. Congrats on your completion of your initial entry training and good luck in the next chapter of your Army career! Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼

I'm Actually preparing myself for The Army's Future Soldier Prep Course, thinking about joining next summer. I'm overweight but starting to get active again going back to the gym. My clock is ticking since I'm 33 in August but hoping by next summer I'll be ready to take that course before Basic. This is coming from a guy that has a Bacherlors Degree. Looking for a Change of Life Style and to be around people to keep me motivated.

You're not the only one bud, I'm turning 27 in August and I plan on joining the FSPC in January of next year, if not December of this year, I barely meet both the physical and ASVAB requirements so I think this program will help me ease into general bootcamp.

I’m qualified for this program!! I can’t enlist until I lose like 20 pounds ! My body fat percentage is too high ! It’s been soo long since I been in school that’s why I didn’t score high enough ! I feel like if I had a little more study time I definitely would of done better but I took the test in 2 weeks and FOR me it wasn’t enough time considering the fact I was working 6 days a week 10+ hours (not making excuses still made time for studying) I just feel like I didn’t study enough because a lot of things I seen on the Asvab I seen in the book meaning if I had more time to study , I would of DEFINITELY scored high enough the next go around

Passed the ASVAB last year but was 10 Lbs overweight. It was easy to lose but even easier to gain back. My recruiter told me about the program and sent me to MEPS. The goal was to get in with the program and what not but I ended up enlisting without the program because I made tape. Signed as a 68W, with a bonus, and the GI Bill kicker for scoring a 71 on my ASVAB. The program seems really dope and wouldn’t have minded going. Great explanation! I spent 21 years in between USMC and AF TACP. Times have changed with the culture of our youth. Sad that the military has to create a program to make up for the weakness in our new culture and lack of learning in the public school system. I know people headed to the course. This video actually explained what they should expect.
Thank for your service and I appreciate what you’ve done for us all🙏🏼🇺🇸 I do my best and Good luck and best wishes to your friends going to the Training!
I joined as an 11B back in '11, and I've been out for a long time. The thought of re-doing BCT has always stopped me from re-joining. After watching new videos on BCT, I'm not afraid at all. I agree that adolescence can be groomed in many cases to standards: there are so many developmental aspects that may be lacking that could be nutured within a structured environment. After about 25, I think it is a lifestyle and should come from within. I'm now trying to join as an RN, and there is basically no effort from recruiting staff; if my stuff isn't together, no response, haha. They want certain experience, advanced certifications, refferences, packet handed to the board 100% complete, multiple interviews... an adult... I taped into OSUT back in the day and I wasn't very aerobically fit. I lost about 50 pounds during training and suffered. If I had the knowledge then that I have now, I certainly would have performed better. Now in my 30s, I could casually pass a PT test.
Thank for your service and I appreciate what you’ve done for us all🙏🏼🇺🇸 Get some!!! Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼

@@TEAMSWARTZ Definately ,this was the time of peak draft Vietnam Era..I had an uncle stateside who served in the 173d ..he used to say those poor people often didnt last more than weeks in country. You kinda see a hint of it in the movie "Forrest Gump".
I just finished AIT. But I was signed into the ASVAB program because I was literally like 4 points away from passing.. By the end of 3 weeks I ended up going from a 22 to a 52. So I don’t know if it was because I was nervous or something, but I know a lot of people who were there with me who were also dealing with a lot of text anxiety and this program helped us a lot. It help me boost my confidence. I was in the second to last group to do it too. So they ended up shutting it down after the cycle after ours. From last I heard. Apparently they do this every so often and one of our drills at the time said they do it especially when recruitment numbers are low or if they are trying to meet a specific need I guess. I don’t know but I succeeded and that and all the way to the end of AIT was one of my most proud achievements I’ve ever made in my entire life.

Why not, the Army has always had some form of prep courses. Change with the times is a good thing. It's still up to the individuals. If you want it - go for it. The Army teaches individuals who want to learn.
I’m going out to this course in a month and feel like it’s not just good to improve asvab and fitness but also a good way to sort of ease the transition from civilian into military life before basic. I’m an army brat and was preparing mentally for basic and only found out about this program after I started talking with my recruiter so I’ll see how it goes
I agree… you’ll be preamped or primed for BCT after this course and have a less of a shock factor. Good luck and best wishes in Training! 💪🏼 Make the best of it, have fun and do your best!
23 years active duty joined in June of 2001…. The new age soldiers now are at best average. You have some studs that stand out but at best average is all you will get. It’s sad they lowered the standard on the ACFT so badly that me at 41 can literally pass the ACFT without breaking a sweat. It’s frustrating seeing how worse our military has gotten.
I wish this would’ve been around earlier! I think this would’ve just been a lot more beneficial overall, ya know? As always awesome vid Sgt!!! The editing is bomb af too! 💪💪🤙
I think that’s a great thing. A lot of people need a carrot dangled in front of them. If you just tell them no, the odds of them getting fit/etc is low. Give them something real to work for
I hear you but doing it that doesn’t work. This isn’t a carrot. This is something that helps them focus, be consistent and get themselves within the normal enlistment criteria. To me, a carrot is a bonus, student debt relief, etc…
My husband is looking forward to going to increase his ASVAB score. He's 2 inches over what he needs to be around his waist to join, but also couldn't meet the requirement of 31 for the ASVAB. Unfortunately, they won't let them do both programs at once, so he either has to make the 31 or lose the 2 inches. He's focusing on losing the inches so he can go in for the ASVAB option.

Hey listen up you could do it. I'm actually one of SGT Swartz Applicants and if I have too push myself hard like waking up at 0450am working out M-F going too School taking 10 grade Math and being in School from 0900 till 1300 hrs is easy Dedication Motivation is all it takes. might sound silly but I did not knew how too Divide 7 digits number and know is easy yesterday the teacher actually show me doing Decimals and Rounding too the nearest tens hundreds and thousands and I did it. trust me you could do it. and hopefully in the Middle of February the third Week I could finally take the Asbav and join. trust me I had too cut alot of things out like watching TV hanging out playing some PS4 till something click on my head and said too me stop waisting time. and I'm proud of myself for pushing harder many times I don't even eat breakfast because in my head and heart is that little voice telling me School time and too get too my School I have too take 3 transportations.
Now my question is: After the program, if someone didn't meet the criteria, what happen Do you pay the money back? What type of discharge do they give you? What impact would it have in your civilian career? Would you be considered as ever joined the army? Would it be in your record?
As stated in the video, you’ll be discharged if you don’t meet the minimum eligibility as described within the video. No, you don’t pay back money you’ve earned. General or uncharacterized discharge if unsuccessful and no negative impact to civilian sector for that discharge and yes, you’ll be considered to have joined and discharged from the service. Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼

I am in the midst of joining at the age of 23, my recruiter is encouraging me to go to meps and try to pass above the cat4 however if i’m below average he knows that i’m still willing to give my everything as I have nothing interesting going for me right now Id be happy with any mos as long as I make something of myself while I am in. Thats the whole point of me joining, I have nothing to lose and everything to gain, while keeping a positive mentality there will be challenges but thats the point. Nothings simple, without the right mentality. I want to go back to college I want to get a degree, and my recruiter is helping me get my foot in the door, so I can make not only my family proud, but mainly me proud. Its a want, its a hunger, its everything no basic mind cannot fathom. We seen this shit on ads as kids and its like “omfg thats what I wanna do” ( not only that but influences too, had many ancestors before me and now in my family who have been in the military) and then boom, go to and office, and say “where do I sign” then next thing you know your on a 6 day break just preparing for meps, and with options. Not a whole hell lot of people had options that we do now to make it even more possible. It’s nevertheless hard, its what you make it. Its a path of not just correction. Its a passion, its a lifestyle, its a pact its more then just a career.
Thank you so much for sharing all of that. Good luck in everything that you do and hopefully all goes well in your process! Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼

@@TEAMSWARTZ It is a great course taught by great instructors. I learned everything from counting macros to myofascial release. They teach you about calories in calories out and even the difference between gym workouts and calisthenics.
As of 2024 it is no longer a pilot program. It is a full bona fide program. Helping people successfully pass the future soldiers prep program at a 95% pass and success rate upon completion and that is for both programs. Translation if it wasn’t for these programs, they would not be able to enter the military. no other branches doing it. Given people a second chance to come get focus and discipline to pass the appropriate testing while being around their fellow peers doing the same thing and opportunity to get away from home and get focus around a structured discipline environment to-succeed. Understand that public schools have nearly taken out a high percentage of physical education programs, cafeteria are very unhealthy lots of sweets being offered instead of healthy foods. Thank heavens for the future soldiers prep program again, and a 95% success rate, allowing individuals to become service members had not been for the program. Not Loreen standards but having a program that is provided for citizens who want to serve despite the academic and weight challenges. The classes are taught by civilian instructors.

Why be rude about the “fat camp” and call people grossly overweight? Why would someone want to join when others that are already in, especially an E7 recruiter who puts them down before they even enlist?
Says the person referring to it as “Fat Camp.” You’re the only person that took offense to my comment about being “grossly over weight.” I could have sugar coated it or something but I don’t think or feel it was rude. Appreciate the feedback though and I’ll def keep that in mind for future videos. Although you’re the only one to share that, it’s possible people felt that way and just never said anything. I def don’t want to be rude. I’m struggling to see how you could take that one sentence as “putting them down,” with the whole video in mind. Idk, but that’s just my two cents…

I am looking to go back into the military after being 9+ years to be an officer. I weighed 300 pounds about 3 and a half months ago and already down 55. This program looks pretty friggin amazing makes me wish I had it when I first joined. I am just wondering if I could stay in the program on my own terms (under the 90 days, of course) and move to basic training after I reach a certain weight, rather than exclusively body fat. Basically I want to be ready for anything basic training AND OCS has in store for me. Thanks for the amazing video!
Great job on losing your first 55lbs. Unfortunately, prior service applicants are not authorized this option and you’ll be required to meet the normal in service right now right or body composition standards. I’d recommend you check this video possibly and keep up the hard work and consistency: TEAMSWARTZ FAT-LOSS STRATEGY TO JOIN | KETO & IF STRATEGY: ua-cam.com/video/bbs2Dgm13-k/v-deo.html Good Luck in MEPS and may the MEPS Gods forever, be in your favor! 💯 Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
@@TEAMSWARTZ thank you for the response! I had no idea prior service couldn’t do it, but I guess it does make sense. I’ll be certain to check out the video. Thank you again!
This is not good. I remember when I was struggling with the ASVAB. And when I passed, I was relieved, but this standard is a mockery of the hard work that I've put in. During the time that I was studying for Asvab, Yes, I did fail my asvab twice, and I passed on my third try. I was supposed to get a score line waiver, but, phew, thank God that waiver wasn't granted. I hope this is temporary and not permanent.
I don’t agree with your opinion. I hear you and perfectly understand your frustration but this is in fact a great program that helps the unqualified get qualified. I guarantee you that if this was available at the time you were joining you would have taken it and doing a different tune. Informally, IMO the US education system is failing our children and it shows. Over the past 20yrs of recruiting to date, I’ve seen a significant dip in testing results. To me, that’s proof enough to see the bigger issue with our common core, no one left behind act. Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
I scored a 35 on the asvab on my first time taking it. Although I got a good score to be accepted, I did nooooot want to do infantry as my MOS. So I enlisted in this program to get a higher score so I can get patient administration in the army. I believe in myself and I will let you all know how I do.

I got a 14 and they introduced both programs will I have to take the actual asvab or will I immediately go and start either programs with a score of 14?
i ship in about 11 days from now. i scored a 33 on the ASVAB at meps. considering we waited so long to take it, it drained me. On top of that im not really book-smart so to say, but its good to know this program exists, thankfully im right below 26% bf so just training to make sure im in good shape before hand. After reading some comments of folks who took it, it gives me alot more confidence to try again so i can get the MOS im hoping for, my goal is to be a 68W, for now im on an 11X contract. But my main goal is to hopefully be a ranger medic or even an 18D. Its wishful thinking but Im willing to try and put in as much effort as I can to succeed. counting my days now

Not sure if you understand the program, it’s not lowering standards … it’s giving people a second chance ….. As of 2024 it is no longer a pilot program. It is a full bona fide program. Helping people successfully pass the future soldiers prep program at a 95% pass and success rate upon completion and that is for both programs. Translation, if it wasn’t for these programs, they would not be able to enter the military, no other branches are doing it. It’s Given people an opportunity to come get focus and discipline, to pass the appropriate testing while being around their fellow peers doing the same thing and an opportunity to get away from home and get focus around a structured discipline environment to-succeed. Understand that public schools have nearly taken out a high percentage of physical education programs, cafeteria are very unhealthy lots of sweets being offered instead of healthy foods. Thank heavens for the future soldiers prep program again, and a 95% success rate, allowing individuals to become service members had it not been for the program. Not Lowering standards but having a program that is provided for citizens who want to serve despite the academic and weight challenges. The classes are taught by civilian instructors.
@@markbenton5718 They’re reporting it’s a 98% success rate but an insider states it’s closer to 86% currently but still, very good results. The school system is failing our kids and this is a phenomenal program as described in the video. Not sure if you finished the video based on your update but nonetheless… Glad it’s here to stay for the next foreseeable future.

During your third day of reception at 120th, yes, you will get issued 2 pairs of summer ocp’s top and bottom at the phase 2 clothing line. And you will get your winter version of ocp’s (2 pairs) once you’re done with either ASVAB or Fat Camp at 161. The day you arrive at reception, you will be getting issued your summer pt’s & APFT jackets & pants along with camelback. Also another reason you’ll need your ocp’s because you will either a: be serving food at the Defac or b: going to an Religious service.
Hey man, thanks for all that you do. The channel as a whole has been hugely informative in my decision to enlist. I do have one question though, if you wouldn't mind. You say that participating in the academic track of the program locks you out of any MOS that requires a security clearance. Is this also the case for the fitness track? I've got my heart set on cybersecurity (17C), which I believe requires a TS clearance, but I'm overweight and trying to decide if its worth reaching out to a recruiter now or if I'd be better off waiting X months, following your keto/IF plan, and reaching out once I'm able to make weight.
They’ve opened the 09M Academic track to clearance positions but not “Top Secret.” Thank you for your kind words and I have no doubt you’ll do awesome.

I feel like if I had a little more study time I definitely would of done better but I took the test in 2 weeks and FOR me it wasn’t enough time considering the fact I was working 6 days a week 10+ hours (not making excuses still made time for studying) I just feel like I didn’t study enough because a lot of things I seen on the Asvab I seen in the book meaning if I had more time to study , I would of DEFINITELY scored high enough the next go around

how’s the program going?
Passed the ASVAB last year but was 10 Lbs overweight. It was easy to lose but even easier to gain back. My recruiter told me about the program and sent me to MEPS. The goal was to get in with the program and what not but I ended up enlisting without the program because I made tape. Signed as a 68W, with a bonus, and the GI Bill kicker for scoring a 71 on my ASVAB. The program seems really dope and wouldn’t have minded going. I also looked for information about it but couldn’t find anything, thanks for making this video!!!

Does 68w have bonus when you choose it right away? Or do you address to your recruiter?
@@zay_lay30 address that with your recruiter because that type of update changes on the regular. Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
@@zay_lay30 definitely ask your recruiter! And make sure it’s in your contract! I’m barely in BCT Red phase.

23 years active duty joined in June of 2001…. The new age soldiers now are at best average. You have some studs that stand out but at best average is all you will get.

Now my question is:
After the program, if someone didn't meet the criteria, what happen
Do you pay the money back?
What type of discharge do they give you?
What impact would it have in your civilian career?
Would you be considered as ever joined the army?
Would it be in your record?
As stated in the video, you’ll be discharged if you don’t meet the minimum eligibility as described within the video. No, you don’t pay back money you’ve earned. General or uncharacterized discharge if unsuccessful and no negative impact to civilian sector for that discharge and yes, you’ll be considered to have joined and discharged from the service.

Yes, you can now do both programs and they’ve increased the body fat percentage to 8% too! Thank you for watching and stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼

Good luck and best wishes in Training! 💪🏼 Make the best of it, have fun and do your best! Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
Yo do i gotta stay there for a minimum if 3 weeks cause i was told every week we take the asvap
I got a 14 and they introduced both programs will I have to take the actual asvab or will I immediately go and start either programs with a score of 14?
@@reichreenactor4874 yup 3 weeks and u test every week to strengthen your weaknesses
@@jeovanysanchez4136 you would start the program immediately
i ship in about 11 days from now. i scored a 33 on the ASVAB at meps. considering we waited so long to take it, it drained me. Its wishful thinking but Im willing to try and put in as much effort as I can to succeed. counting my days now
Thank you got sharing and I’m confident you do amazing! Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼 Good luck and best wishes in Training! 💪🏼 Make the best of it, have fun and do your best!
So you're going into this program for academic or for the weight program?
FAT CAMP 😮💨 my recruiter brought it up to me and I straight told him fuxk no, I’m going to keep grinding to lose that weight.. I rather go straight to training then to a preparing course to prepare for Boot
It’s a great program and you should consider going. Good luck and best wishes in Training! 💪🏼 Make the best of it, have fun and do your best! Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
Say you was 35 and a little overweight but I do have a ged and a licensed electrician what’s my chances of getting in this program I’ve been doing 150 sit ups a day and around 150 pushups
Score a 50+ on the ASVAB and have no issues or if you score less than a 50, you’ll need to score a 100 on the will do section of the TAPAS Test. Good Luck in MEPS and may the MEPS Gods forever, be in your favor! 💯 Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
Translation,
if it wasn’t for these programs, they would not be able to enter the military, no other branches are doing it.
I go to MEPS next week to take my physical and I’m 34 so hopefully I can be sent immediately I do know the program just started so that means at least 100 ppl just were sent so I’m waiting
You’ve been told you’re one of the only 100 active duty applicants that got approved to join with 16-20?
GOOD Luck in MEPS and may the MEPS Gods forever, be in your favor! 💯 Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
I weight less than what’s required am I still allowed to join this program and gain weight in the process just like those who need to lose weight
Those only who meet the described requirements within the video. Updates to the video is one can now do both and they’ve increased the body fat percentage to not more than 8% for the eligible. Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼 Good Luck in MEPS and may the MEPS Gods forever, be in your favor! 💯
I got a 22% at the practice asvab i been trying to study so hard

My Advise to anyone going to attend the arms 2.1 program.
You will be sent through the regular process as fully qualified applicantees. Make sure you HAVE A LIST OF 5 JOBS YOU HAVE RESEARCHED AND KNOW THAT YOUR INTERESTED IN DOING. On the whim after being denied for 11x I opted for 13 j which is a combat arms but not what I envisioned myself doing in the army. I still have an opportunity to change my Mos given I’m under 24% BF at FORT JACKSON. Wish me luck and godbless other future applicants!
Still proud and happy I’ve been given the the opportunity to serve ♥️ HOOAH

Why do people who served the military always seem annoyed that overweight people can join the military not everyone has a sixpack and can do 100 pushups in 2 minutes
These recruits want to join what's wrong with giving them an opportunity to join this program lose the weight than go to basic training
I know a guy that went from 305 to 180 pounds back in 2009 to join the army guess what he is STILL THERE
They’re assholes and had beens or part of the toxic culture of those types of egotistical types. Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
Do you get issued uniforms while in the program? Great video!! I’m going into this program hopefully soon.
I addressed this in the video… Yes. Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼

This is a good program you shouldn’t knock because you don’t understand it
Smooth brain video
Who’s knocking the program? I’m so confused by your comment… Did you finish the video??? lol
Good luck and best wishes in Training! 💪🏼 Make the best of it, have fun and do your best! Thank you so very much for watching this video and I hope you stay blessed! 🇺🇸🙏🏼
I'm 32.My mom had cancer when I was 19. Took care of her all the way till she passed. at 25 Been depressed beyond life till 30. I have 2 kids now a daughter full time. But I’m 280 and not the smartest man in the world what so ever. Any tips ? Could I do both of these? The education and the fat camp?

I know the National Guard has the DEP program before you enter Basic Training. Would you still be able to attend DEP then FSPC then Basic? A appreciate the video, nice work and great info but wanted to get the while picture. Thanks and have a great day!

I went to a high school where if you want to study bio med, or be a nurse, or engineer, that’s where you went so when I told them that’s where I went they all whooped like if they hit the lottery because they know what it takes to get in & the intensity of it ( then I scored a 14) never have I felt so embarrassed In front of 10 staff sergeant’s now I’m scared to go back and do worse, if I’m going to do it I’m going to do it regardless
This was at the 09M Program or the practice test/ASVAB?
