I used to live fairly close & a little elevated from a stadium as a kid, when I would watch a match on tv, I could often hear the cheers with my windows open, if it was a big game (large crowd), & if the wind wasnt against me, escape the sides of the roof when the team scored or whatever noise from what had happened a second or 2 before I saw it on tv. Note think. How slow sound travels, even with conditions right compared to light. So that was probably 5-10 years before this, but it's still strands, even.with fibre optic cables, it's not completely instant live

Funny as hell! At 2:45, it would be better if the posted video would bleep instead of completely silence the f-word. That would make it even funnier. The slip made the sketch better! Rockwell is amazing and I'm surprised he hasn't been on SNL more often. I'd love for him to return!

I have taught Chemistry and Biology. Socratic inquiry and guided questioning are what we do. The lack of reflection, metacognitive processes, and seemingly random responses with no thought are ubiquitous in the science classroom.

But seriously, there were some really dumbass kids, usually with some dumbass parents. And it maybe should have been gently suggested to them that breeding wasn't such a good idea.
