The Legend of Spyro was an amazing game trilogy to begin with. Amazing story, great character development for Spyro and Cynder, and Sparx I guess, plus Sparx being a wise ass was pretty awesome and hilarious. I own all three and while at times I got frustrated at some points, the sheer satisfaction I felt after beating it was amazing. And of course it gave birth to whole loads of pairings and an amazing fan base. If only Sierra was able to keep the rights to Spyro for a little longer because I would've loved how they would've continued after Dawn of the Dragon
And sadly because people don't want to leave their nostalgic comfort bubble the Legend of Spyro trilogy is probably going to stay underrated for a very long time.

This gave me an idea for a story for new classic Spyro game. So, Ripto is really mad at Spyro, and decides "Hey, what's better to fight a dragon... Than a dragon?" And so, he opens a hole in the fabric of reality, pulling Malefor from the Legend universe, shortly after he was sealed inside of the center of the Earth. Now, if you've played Dawn of the Dragon, you'd know that Malefor has this shield move that can only be countered by an ability only Legend Spyro has. So, Classic has to collect the game's McGuffins to unlock that same move, to hopefully defeat Malefor once and for all. Either that, or the McGuffins are used to pull in Legend Spyro, who you then control for the final boss.
I think they should keep Malefor and TLOS shit far away from the classics. If they're going to redo Classic Spyro, they should start by correcting the abortion of a game known as Enter the Dragonfly and remake that game's original concept in its entirety. However, we'll just have to wait and see what the remastered brings us (if they ever fucking announce it)
After playing the first 4-5 I can’t get with the serious tone of Spyro. The opera singing, violins, etc just don’t fit the character I grew up with. Maybe to the younger generations

Honestly enjoy these some people hate it but i personally enjoy the change.

I miss the old Spyro, but... the music for the TLOS series is some of the best i've ever heard anywhere, in a game or otherwise.
It's crazy how you witness the beginning of the dragon and in time he ages into a big and brave battle dragon it makes me cry

Sadly no, but maybe if the Spyro the Dragon Reignited Trilogy does well they might put them on the PS4 store
