Right Attitude/Right Skill Set/Right Resources can only help SBI to exhibit good Service Standards
In present context.....i personally rate Private Banks much better than SBI or PSU Banks anytime

Employee itself is not responsible for service...its management, workload, supporting & software systems also key factors for.. Customer sees only their delay in individual work but cannt see software not working, poor computer systems if hanging, worload of multiple work Department on a single employees.

Sbi services improved a lot in last ten years, specially the younger employees,,, but due to heavy footfall compared to private banks they are hot head sometimes
SBI is miles apart in terms of the services provided even to their longterm existing customers. Recently I have to visit an SBI branch which was located in the posh locality south delhi branch, just to get FD's transferred to my uncle's new SBI home branch located in an other state.

Not supporting SBI but being SBI, HDFC,PNB, IndusInd and Axis bank experience SBI has improved their services and switched from their traditional babu type culture like their behaviour with customers to professionalism like other private banks. Also their Yono app which is intigrated with other SBI applications which are very user friendly has made a positive image in customers mind will definitely help to attract more customers in future or can say SBI is on right track now.
