the crazy thing is-the more I revisit the songs from this album, the more I understand them and connect to them. It's a much different experience for me compared to her other albums.
Purple Heart in Her Eyes is a really underrated track imo, I love that it has a lot of atmosphere without having to be a huge pad like Newlove or I Break My Heart and Yours
14:00 "Slvtcrvsher" is a song of hers that broke me. I remember I was in a really shitty situation at life, dead tired from work and it made me feel something eerily familiar. I went trough a lot of tough shit in life and it gets me every once in a while... the track just sounds how I feel when I'm having a serious breakdown. Really helps to let it all out in a safe way instead of keeping it bottled up.
love the reaction. I like how you picked up that her tracks typically are 10-14 songs long and have an intro interlude and outro. I recommend you listen to her first 2 albums under the sewerslvt name. 'Don't be afraid of dying' and 'it just gets worse' are very different albums to what she's known for, having more of a lofi/phonk sound which gives them their own charm. if you make more reaction videos to her, the 'sewer//slvt' ep or 'starving slvts always get their fix' are far more experimental and dark and it would be interesting to her your opinions on them. 'Drowning in the sewer' is the quintessential sewerslvt album and my favourite for anyone who wants to hear something more like draining love story
Soon as I hit the required likes I'll fs do another, as to what album it'd be, I really have no clue. She has so much work that it'll probably come down to whatever calls my attention when I hit record(unless a specific album is constantly recommended like with skitzo lmao)
Sup dude, awesome reaction! (as always) Imo production wise and musicaly speaking this is her best work, and the danceability on this album is CRAAAZY And all those videos that "simulate" a prom but you are in the bathroom listening to Sewerslvt from the dance hall hit real hard and right in the heart Another album to add to the reaction list, Heaven Is a Place by LSD and the search for god Congrats on 100 subs and stay safe!
Bro idk what that segment was tbh, I was in the lightskin dimension or sumn. Thanks for the congrats, and I'll add the album to the seemingly endless list I got lmaooo
This album was the first new album she had released when I was getting into Sewerslvt. So I enjoy this one more then the others. Also enjoying the content man.
I can see why this is the I guess fan favorite of all her stuff it was pretty neat I think I like this one the most of what I've heard oh and thanks for the shout-out and yeah while I'm not the biggest fan of the music the videos are always great they got sick freestyles and lights off dancing and occasionally deep life stuff even I thought antidepressants was I don't even know what it was but yeah no one knows what the future holds but there's always a way to make it great no matter how intimidating it is or the odds against it You got this man just making progress Oh and congrats on 100 subs that happened out of nowhere I swear you were just at like 60 that means you're definitely doing something right
so many new subs wowza, feels like you've grown double in like a week. Keep the reactions coming mannnn!!! And this is my favorite album by her so super stoked!
TWIF is the album of hers that i associate with being a no-skip project personally. the tracks, while still containing a lot of emotional depth (it's sewerslvt afterall), have a more clubby approachable feel to them that lets me put any of them on regardless of my mood
Good vid. Just wanted to drop a recommendation for Sadness (or Damian Ojeda). He is an artist I got into bc of sewerslvts remix of one of their songs. Kinda similar vibes but blackmetal/blackgaze. He has a huge library of music and even has other aliases that do different genres. Anyway i would say it is best to start with their most popular album ' I Want To Be There'.

Same tbh, I take them more to heart now as compared to punching the wall or dancing in the dark lmao
Purple Heart in Her Eyes is a really underrated track imo, I love that it has a lot of atmosphere without having to be a huge pad like Newlove or I Break My Heart and Yours
Definitely one of the best tracks on here, totally agree man
i mean it has a massive pad tbh, its just sidechained

i gotta give the cake to borderline but its a close second!
@@hi-low3141 yee this one is also great!
Love how emotional her last 2 albums were. My favourites on this are never existed and lsd. Also congrats on 100 subs :)
Thanks! Also I did notice a lot of emotion behind we had good times and skitzo as compared to dls. They're all phenomenal albums nonetheless!
HER BEST WORK imo
Starting to become my favorite too tbh...

you somehow managed to spot-on pick the 4 releases that have disturbing samples and i applaud you
Oh hey there dude lmao, I am just now seeing this in my recommended. Very good reaction tho very hype
@@mindedbirdjk4737 wow weird.
btw there's an artist named llwll that released "Spread your wings and fly", if you like sewerslvt you're definitely going to like them!
I'll hold you to that when I eventually do react to it, thanks for the rec!
