Glass containers also heavy and can potentially break. You'd need to make the glass pretty thick for it not to break. Vitamix does have a stainless steel container, which is both fairly light, scratch resistant and durable. The only downside is that it does transfer heat more easily, if you're blending anything hot.
Firstly, this woman is absolutely gorgeous - like unreal kind of beauty, like Gal Gadot's sister kind of hunky. Secondly, I disagree. It's the materials you blend that causes cloudyness. Mine were perfect forever and I only shook it dry, then I blended a lot of ginger one time and blamo, ruined container. It's micro-scratching if you look closely. Same with cloudyness in car paint jobs. It's micro abrasion.
I have well water and I can confirm that hand drying is an absolute must if you want to help keep your container looking nice.
Same here well water and minerals in water . If I don't dry the dishes it leaves the build up on it
thanks so much for the tip!
That's why glass containers are unbeatable. I wonder why Vitamix does not want to include that

A little vinegar should clear that up
Mine still got it, even though it was hand cleaned every time I used it 😢

Absolutely agree. It's micro abrasion.
Lazy parents? Really?
Only parents use blenders ?
Can you run CLR in it to clean up the mineral deposits?
You might be able to but it might harm the plastic . Other then that I would use vinegar, baking soda, lemon and looks better
