They're almost all either skigiraki (easily one of if not the strongest bad guys) or Todoroki/kaminari/sero wrapped into one (seemingly unfazed by everything, great jokes and fun to be around, but very powerful and insanely serious when he needs to be - no like seriously, Todoroki's quirk is godlike, and while I will argue that sero's quirk alone isn't insanely powerful, its very versatile. And then there's Kaminari. An insanely powerful quirk that isn't used to its full potential, though he is getting there, slowly. If Kaminari ever mastered his quirk, he may even be on the same level as Todoroki, or at least Kirishima's unbreakable form).
