Today's episode is with Women's Sports Consultant, Lowri Roberts who has gone from leading the marketing at Bristol Academy to working in the FA to being the first Head of Women's Football at the Welsh FA. She has now taken the plunge to work for herself as a consultant.

Hello Rachel and Sophie. I cannot claim to be a woman, but this was really interesting. The nearest I can come to that feeling a bit on the outside was going for interviews in London as a northerner, when younger. The younger players now are coming through, especially watching the England junior women's teams. Countries like Wales and Ireland must feel like they have to sprint to keep up and so they need someone with experience of building almost from scratch.
