Dowson splitter and turner (for half loaves)

This video shows the Dowson splitter and turner during in-house testing. This Dowson equipment slices a loaf whilst simultaneously splitting the loaf in to two equal half loaves. One of these half loaves is then turned 180 degrees to ensure that both halves of the loaf are bagged in the same orientation by the Dowson bagger.
