I have no problem with screams in general, but FOB is not and has never been a screamo band, so the screams they do use feel forced and unnatural to the song's progression
I actually like the amityville verse for how out of pocket it is. Nobody expected you to hear that and go "hell yeah man thats what I'm talking about". I think the whole intention behind it was to be as insane as possible. If you look at it in the right context it fits perfectly into the song (which isn't hard, literally just listen to the chorus).
