I listened to Bach and Tchaikovsky or Beethoven when I was 5 or 6, i fall in love with their music instantly before i knew what these melody was. However I found it is very difficult to understand these modern classical music. it make me restless. It is probably my problem, i really want to enjoy these music like others, but i just cant.

It can help to build up to them. Things make more sense if you follow the historical path to them.
