The Vette in the game, if tuned properly and on the hands of skilled players, is no doubt the best handling car in the entire game and can easily accelerate away from corners with ease and can tackle them with insane speeds and monstrous grip. Tune the engine for max power, transmission for speed, nitrous for velocity and the supercharger for high RPM in order to achieve this, and only tune the tires for grip (leave the suspension and brakes alone). If you're good then you'll set really fast lap times with it. No wonder why besides the BMW M3 GTR, the Vette is my favorite car in this game.
Im Surprised theres people that still play the game like me. I Played since launch in 2006 the good old days. And whenever i replay the game i always start with the Camaro you just cant go wrong with it
Spectre Sadly Pro Street took a backwards step in terms of engine sounds, especially the Corvettes, not to mention not having a supercharger for the base C6 and C6 Z06 cars.
I see the Muscle cars as the BEST option for finishing the game,the quick acceleration really helps you recover from corners because of the high power you can drift alot on corners :D
Also in each part of the city: Downtown-Sharper turns for tuners Fortuna-Technical roads for Exotics Kempton-Straightaways for muscle Silverton: A mix of everything
I would love to see you beat the last four races of the game with a Shelby. I found it impossible (the last one at least) but fun to try. Hopefully people like this so that you see. Thank you for your content.
Choosing Grip on Tires Tuning is not best option, I recommended to stay middle on Tires Tuning, also recommending Suspension to Oversteer (2 1 1 for Chevrolet Corvette Z06, 1 1 1 for Dodge Viper SRT-10) and Brakes tuning to all Rear Bias
Wait a sec, there is a performance difference between when you drive the M3 at the beginning of MW 2005 and when you drive for the bridge while being chased by cops at the end of MW 2005?

Personally I don't use nitrous especially with the dodge viper srt-10 or the corvette z06 supercharged. I really love the Chevy Cheville SS 1969 and the Eleanor Shelby gt500.
In my opinion, the best way to play this game is to keep the tier 1 car fully stock , only use tier 2 cars if gotten via pink slip , so that we can save enough to buy the least powerful tier 3 car I won the last races by a stock tier 3 Subaru sti

A.A. personally, I think both cars, the corvette and the viper, are both tied in pretty much everything. All it takes for either car to win a race will depend on the driver.

Thats why I have always wondered why people liked Viper so much, when the Corvette has almost equall acceleration (my z06 just reached 5 kmh less without nos than the viper at the first speedtrap at 53:50), but it has the best handling among muscle cars, it is really fast at corners. Hence I think Z06 is the best car in the whole game, not even debatable
All I remember is doing a bias tune with whatever the aspect it's weak on so it balances evenly. Example: If the car has great top speed and lacks acceleration, I do a bias tune on the acceleration.
For the Dodge Charger, the setup usually is Engine and transmission all the way to the left and Supercharger all the way to the right. Handling I used as Default tires and Understeer a lot but not completely

My game keeps lagging, i started with muscle and the first boss to me wasn't Angie, but Kenji instead. Happened with anybody else?
I think that's the PS2 version. In the PS2 edition, Kenji is the first boss regardless of the car you choose.
