Great review. Some geography: Pahala is the tiny town the coffee farm is in. Pahala is on The Big Island, or the island of Hawaii. Also, the island comprises of one county: Hawaii County. So the biggest island also has the name of the state.
This is good to know because my Hawaiian geography is awful!
