And it really worked out, there really was too much screaming from Dustin to use the original vocals for this type of remix anyway.

This was truly phenomenal! ...Maybe some Atomospheric Reimagining III's are in order? 😝 With the software upgrade making this possible, I would definitely love to hear more reimaginings like this!

There's a lot that can be done with software like this, the possibilities are endless. I could potentially even do a big atmospheric reimagining (which I've nicknamed atmo remos) that's also a mashup of several Starset songs. Seriously soooooo many possibilities for future projects with this. To be totally honest with you, I wasn't too confident that this one would be received very well, mostly because it's no longer Dustin's voice. And the familiarity with Dustin is a huge auditory appeal to Starset fans. We all know and love his voice, so changing to a new voice made me concerned that this reimagining would flop. But it's gotten very nice feedback so far, so I'm really relieved, lol.

There are a couple like this one that may technically be allowed because they’re not using any of the original production that belongs to Starset, so they might be categorized as a cover. I’m looking at the possibilities there. But anything using Starset’s vocal track wouldn’t be allowed without written permission from Starset’s record label, unfortunately.
