@@ivan333777 Airline pilot here. The problem with the 787 wing is that the paint is flaking off from the UV rays and flexing of the wing. This can happen as well when flying through icing conditions or even rain, both of which can have the effect of sandblasting the wing. Personally, I've seen worse flaking on aircraft flown by United, American, and Quantus.
Boeing is aware of it and considers it a cosmetic problem. Furthermore, the 787 has been in service since late 2009, that's 15 years, and the issue has never caused an inflight problem.
