Listening to lots of content in English helps me greatly improve my English speaking skills; it usually becomes second nature, by the way, because I've already absorbed the natural and flowing pronunciation of the language. However, the real-world English rhythm is still hard to keep up with but with more exposure, experience, and practice is 100% achievable and I know I'll pull through it over time.
