I just got done building a street goblin. This makes me want a matching AT one as well! Thank you for showing the car. DF is 2nd to none!
Nice video!! Love the content you’re making Randy.
Spectro Racing Havin’ a great time, thx. Feel free to share ideas, we’ll see if we can make it happen.
@@randypobstofficial that goblin came from another UA-cam channel with 9.6 million subscribers called demolition ranch
That's a really cool little buggy. I just watched Doylefab's video build up on it. It looks pretty straightforward on building it (as far as a kitcar). I would probably get someone to fab up a little tube basket to strap a cooler and a tent to camping. These guys are only a couple hours north of me. I need to start saving my pennies. Thanks for the video Randy.
That's a great idea. Deep woods camping w the quads. (It's wider, tho)
Great drone footage! Awesome video, nice to see you testing and tuning that crazy machine! Must feel like a different car with more caster and slight toe out!
Got some steering response, DB! Yeah, I dig that drone work, too, thx Ryan McGill.
RIGHT ON, RANDY !!!
That Goblin looks like great fun!
I built something similar using steam pipe and a stick welder on a Beetle floorpan and sorting the front end attitude was a massive game changer so I was smiling like heck when you had the jackstands and string out, I had a broom stick to do mine but man it woke the thing up and the castor is important I found as I learned all about it hands on.
No youtube when I was a teen so we just figured it all out lol
Now im working on a 740T B230FT and I have a few 740's handy so im inspired by your toys.
For what its worth I was a sideways in the dirt at 60 Mph guy and wouldnt know a raceline if I tripped over it but its the inherent engineering in the Old Volvo's that drew me to them, as if the guys that designed them had some perverse sense of humour and built them for Car guys who know....
Goblin looks beast with those tires & roof lights! Now I really want one 😍
Very VERY cool! We’ve been talking about building a Miata kart but the Goblin seems like a contender now.
With a lower final drive gear, this thing would really be a rocket. So much fun.
Thanks Randy! Looks like a nice change from track days! I might have to find out where all these people take their muddy lifted 4x4's around here...
Oh, I had a similar idea a while back. Glad to see I'm not the only one to think of using a ff drivetrain in a rr buggy.
"DUCK SEASON. WABBIT SEASON.
Goblin Looks Fun for getting out there.
Winch and duffel cargo for two.
How does it compare to a RZR??
I can definitely say now this is the version I want
I can see one of these in my future, the road version moreso. This thing would have to have more ground clearance for my comfort. I can't believe this is all pretty much a Chevy Cobalt suspension wise. I guess they can thump a bit without completely wasting it.
On the old vw buggies we would double the rear wheels up.
- face to face.
Loving the content Randy! Any plans for some bike stuff?
Randy/John if you’re ever in central Texas come take my turbo street version for a spin! (Hopefully not literally)
shell shocked farms. Yes, we gotta figure that out, thank you jsulli
Left foot braking should be a helpful technique.. I have rallied a Stratos, MR2, and Fiero.. need the weight transfer to get the best out of a mid-engined car on loose surfaces.. learned it from watching in car footage of group B cars.
Классная тачка💪
If u sorted out the problems with them they were a good powerful motor.
Good fun, except TOO MUCH GRIP for drifting! LOL! 🤣
Mantap bang... saya juga lagi bikin mini buggy...😊👍🙏
This is the car that's for sale by Randy's editor right now?
2.5 - its the old sigma motor.
50th comment!
I'm used to admiring your talents on pavement fella! Good stuff - keep being you!
