San Marino's national final was such a fucking fever dream. it lasted for 4000 years, there were multiple intermission acts between the competing songs that went on for ages, San Marino Outlet Experience is now on my destinations to visit and poor Megara performed last, having waited for hours and hours of rich Italian and Sammarinese rich people gossip on live tv. they KILLED it considering the circumstances.
Edit: also Loco Boombox - In Forma was robbed for not qualifying for the final.

Really agree with your comments on the Wish skeleton bodysuits. Let's burn them, San Marino, and ask the Lordi production team for their contact details so we can get some exoskeleton prosthetics - because at this point, the dancers are probably the only thing San Marino has in terms of visually distinguishing itself from the other neon metal-inspired acts. Think this act definitely will be competing with Ireland, Estonia, Croatia for the same pool of votes.
They might qualify considering they have both Italy and Spain voting in the semi final
Rooting for San Marino a lot, this song has grown a lot on me, was either gonna be this one or Loredana, with this we have 4 (5 if u count Luna) witches now , Senhit Adrenalina is still my favorite Sammarinese entry ever, but this is a close second, San Marino has a good way of staging for the actual eurovision show so im thrilled to see what Megara is gonna bring to the table
As a spanish I'm so happy for them. Clearly the best song of the night and idk why the fandom is so pressed about San Marino not sending a mediocre san remo reject. Also the song has Lindsay Lohan, Avril Lavigne circa 2005 pop rock vibes, kinda Disney , I LOVE it

We haven't reacted to Luxembourg. There's a few things surrounding the entry which make us feel a bit iffy about it and so we probably won't do a reaction video sadly. That aside, we don't think much of the song anyway 😅

Because of you girls, I am totally into Eurovision! As an American, I never thought I would get into this. You know there is a movie (fiction/comedy) about an Icelandic duo who try to compete in a fictional Eurovision. Very silly.

Us being the UK? It's hard to say for sure because there are always so many unpredictable circumstances that affect who wins the contest, but Rina Sawayama with Hold The Girl could have absolutely won Eurovision.

I was thinking 'Little Bird' by Annie Lennox, or 'Dancing On My Own' by Robyn, as they're both instantaneous bangers, which matter greatly (for me anyway. If a Eurovision song doesn't grab me instantly and is more of a 'grower', like I feel Olly's is, I feel like that's a bit of a death knell as most of the people voting won't be listening to it multiple times, y'know? But of course we've seen absolute bangers destroyed by awful staging/vocals, and we've seen some utter shite elevated by good staging/likeable artist, so who knows?)

If you like this genre of music I guess you’ll love this. Great vocal and staging, but it’s not for me. I would never play this song but I can appreciate the performance 🤷♀️. I agree with Nova, I preferred last years song but this years package overall. It’s currently 23rd in my scoreboard

I wish I liked this like I did Arcadia 😭 The only thing I really liked was that instrumental breakdown. The rest of it was pretty forgettable to me. Doesn’t mean it won’t qualify, though!

I think this one was definitely their best choice, but every time I try to remember the melody of the song I struggle. not a great sign. in truth I wanted Loredana Bertè just so she could annoy her ex husband.
not my vibe, sounds very san marino but I love watching a good performance regardless of the quality of camerawork and I love watching artists enjoy themselves on stage

How is AI a leading factor of planet dying? AI didn't fuck up environmen, people did! People singing about environmental problems is a bigger hipocracy then AI doing so.
Training just one AI model creates more carbon emissions than 5 cars do in their entire lifespan. I am not AGAINST using AI, but let's not by hypocrites about it.
@@Novympia Oh hi Dr. Scientist Nova! That might be true for some larger models, but there are just a handful of such models. And trained once they are used millions of times. I appreciate that it's still a lot, but it's not a leading factor. I don't think it's even close to UA-cam's carbon emissions or game development/gaming industry in general.
@@georgiyburlachenko5750 even if I redact the wording of "leading" factor, my point still stands and my feelings remain. The rate we are going and how quickly AI technology is progressing it could very well become a leading cause a lot sooner than we think.
@@Novympia In this case, I'll just add that GenAI model training carbon emissions directly correlate with the price. So people will be working on optimisation to decrease cost, decreasing carbon footprint at the same time.
There's also an effort from the largest cloud computation providers such as Google and Amazon to power datacenters with carbon free energy.
Hope this helps to increase optimism a little bit.
I really hope that is the case because the technology is amazing and has so many uses, however I think it would be naive to take the promises from these big tech companies at face value. I'll keep my fingers crossed! 💕
