The big green plant would do better in a shady spot,if it feels moist all the time ,it dosen,t need water, but the plants with the blooms need alot of water

Those flowers behind your left shoulder at the end really perked up overnight after you watered them! Your front yard looks great! And Derrick did a great job trimming those bushes! Love all your videos, Megan! Thanks for the inspiration and motivation!

You are not crazy! Sensory issues are completely normal! My nails have to be a certain length or I go insane and my toe nails are even worse. I do go get my nails done every month though and it really helps me. I also can’t stand gloves on my hands. My family does think I’m strange though because I go nuts whenever anyone touches my back. Whenever anyone touches my back it feels like spiders are crawling on it. LOVE the front porch refresh, it is inspiring me to clean up ours.

Hi Megan!! I love love love your outdoor makeover videos! Hoping you don’t mind me making a suggestion…. If nobody has mentioned it yet, but to clean your porch, stairs, sidewalks, driveways and other flat areas like that… you need to get an attachment for your pressure washer called a “surface washer” they are a available on Amazon and all your local home improvement stores. Honestly you can’t do the flat cement surface areas without this attachment as it will take you forever just to get a very small area partially clean. You will notice a HUGE difference when using the surface cleaner attachment! There are videos on UA-cam to show you how to use it! Hope this helps! Thank you for all your amazing content!

It is so satisfying watching power washing. I love power washing things but it is so exhausting after awhile. I have read and listened to tons of reviews on the Love Meg spray cleaner and it was 50/50 but listening and watching your review makes me want to try it. I do feel it is crazy over priced though. If I really like it, unfortunately I would be hesitant to repurchase it because it is so expensive for a cleaning product. The plant behind the basil is an elephant ear! It’s one of my favorite plants! Elephant ears love water!
The plant u have in the front that’s peeking through is a hosta. Depending on light and water it can stunt them from popping up when others do. They are almost like little bulbs under ground that shoot out the roots for the plant. Being that ur other hosta came up, this one should thrive too but may take a bit to establish those solid roots underground. Also! As they get bigger each year u can dig them up and split them to make more plants for ur yard.

@@lovinglifeasmegan I think they all will survive. Hostas and elephant ears like water, so make sure they get watered regularly and u should be good to go with them! I water mine every other day if it doesn’t rain. Hostas r pretty hardy plants once the roots r established. 💛😍

To protect your bench, get some car wax, and after the bench has been cleaned, wax it and it will keep it clean and rust free for a longer time. Hanging baskets need water morning and late afternoon...love the yard. That plant is a hosta, They are super easy to grow. When we trim bushes, we lay down an old shower curtain, and all the debris, fall on it, and can be put into a yard trash can or bag. Easy fast clean up.

Cut the green shrubbery down to about knee heigh in the spring. It is way overgrown. It will grow back lower to the ground where it should be. Do no cut the red Japanese maple. It is planted between the windows as a small tree. Don’t make it into a lollipop. It has a beautiful shape if left alone. The hinoiki cypress was pretty by the mailbox but is history now. It was one of the nicest shrubs you had.

I’m sure there is a lot that goes into determining the price of a product, & they priced it as fairly as they could. 😊

      It’s $26 for a bottle??

It’s actually $26 for 3 bottles of cleaner because the plastic spray bottle comes with 3 refill pods. It works great!

Still works out at $8.00 per bottle. Expensive product,, and not chemical free.,, I will stick will method products .🧡🧡🧡🧡

I've read that the first ingredient of the Love Meg product is fragrance/perfume, which means that's the main ingredient. Is it true that that's listed first? Because if so, I'm sure it smells great, but that's what room spray is for. A multi-purpose cleanser (especially one that retails for $8 per bottle) should have quality cleansing ingredients as the objective of the product.

Your front porch looks great. That power washer was amazing and satisfying. I'm with you on the gloves. I wear them only when cleaning up my plants because of bugs. Otherwise I can't stand them. It seems like Derek is getting more comfortable being in your videos. His singing with Sawyer (on your other account) was so cute. I have had that same dream of having a wrap around porch. You don't find those to much in California. We have been looking at moving to North Carolina and that is one of my must haves. Awesome video. Take care 💛 sorry for the comment 😊

      I love the comment! Don’t apologize 💛
Derek is actually SUPER comfortable in front of the camera and always has been 🤗 I’m the one who is more reserved about what we share online. 😊 He loves vlogging with me & was a big encouragement when I was considering opening a Patreon account!
North Carolina will be so much closer to us than CA! Maybe we’ll meet one day while we’re passing through 🤗

From all of the reviews I have seen on the Love Meg cleaner the smell is a big concern some you tubers have to leave the room it’s so intense the smell didn’t bother you at all?
