- A full length, full flight video with Maverick Helicopters operating a helicopter tour of Las Vegas.
The video begins with our transfer from our hotel, The Venetian, onboard Maverick's limo bus. We arrive at the Signature private terminal at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport, ahead of our flight on the sporty EC130 for our helicopter tour.
Before long we walk out to our helicopter receiving our safety briefing from the pilot, before boarding the helicopter in the front seat and firing up the engines. We make a sporty takeoff over the Sands corporate jet fleet, and over the infamous JANET Boeing 737s used to transport workers to nearby Area 51.
We then head up the famous Las Vegas strip getting a phenomenal view of the hotels and casinos, buzzing the Stratosphere tower at low level before making a U-turn over Fremont Street.
We then buzz the Strat again getting a great view of the ACM Party For A Cause festival that is getting underway beneath us. From there it's down the strip again towards the famous Luxor hotel, again swooping down over the private jet ramps and touching down smoothly at the Signature terminal.
We disembark the helicopter back into the terminal to get our bus back to the hotel.

We came from Australia to experience the Maverick helicopter tour out of Las Vegas airport, we travelled over the grand canyon had lunch at the reservation, then travelled back to Las Vegas to fly over the strip. What a wonderful experience 10/10 for our Maverick pilot Jake, well done recommend it to everyone. Bruce, Jarrod and Austin

the pilot is well trained....its hard controlling the collective and the cyclic and staying low to the ground like that....NICE JOB.....with control with the foot pedals keeping the tail rotor straight....GREAT JOB....

I did a lot of research to see who are the best in Vegas; I chose Maverick for our trip to Cran canion. Very professional set up up, new airbus helicopters, just a bit more expensive than others but you get what you pay for in this world
They were very good for us. We chose them as they offered the flight we wanted during the daytime and were quite close (we had very limited time in Vegas).
oh boy helicopters, I'm always nervous when I see them. Nice video man.
This was my fourth helicopter flight, and even now it's a very strange experience! They always feel like they are struggling to get airborne!

at 15:32 those aircraft with the red strip down the side, is Janet Airways, a government airline that does not exist but obviously does, its a shuttle service for contractors working at Area 51
Yep
They also had a flew blue ones. And they probably fly more to Tonopah Test Range than Area 51. They also fly shuttles into other places. The planes fly 150-200 times a week.

Thank you! We originally planned a trip to the Grand Canyon with them, but it was going to take up most of the day when we only had two days in Vegas, and would have meant us missing the concert we went for. We booked this one and it was really handy, we were back at the hotel in time for lunch!

I didn’t sit in the back unfortunately. Front seat was amazing but I think you still get a decent view in the back.

I want to be on maverick helicopter so we are going from New Jersey to Boston
100 each not 4 in bird on the champagne lunch day is 560.00 or so each couple. Bring the money or the flight is not toooo cool... I have flown with this outfit 4 times and never disappointed. Once with only my wife and the pilot.. by far the best flight!! pricey but worth the kid glove from Maverick!!!

I believe this was around $100 each.
It seems fun.. But I rather take flight lesson.. I flown aircraft an preflight alot times. So launch.n heli would make me feel more secure..in landing.. Did y'all know that all aircraft preflight drains any water..in gas(& we don't have that for our trucks..) An ther not choice at most stations (put ADDITIVES in it) Ther are two stations out of. 20 an ther are alot boats..RV..
