Great job! Will you upload the template for all the armor pieces? I would love to try to make one myself. Cheers!

Thank you! I don't upload or digitalize patterns because it's a very hard work but I teach how to make them in the videos. Usually I throw the patterns away once I finished working with them, in the video you can see how I re-use pieces that I disassembled from the first armor attemp to use them as pattern for the final armor desing, the reason is because the original cardboard patterns were destroyed

For the peculiar shape of the chest plate (the pointy 3-side of the front), did you cut the edges of the foam with a 45-degree angle to have that shape in the front or did you bend it with the help of the glue?

Yes, that edges were cut in angle (not exactly 45-degree because I cut it free-handed) to make giving the shape easier. The triangle part of the neck was "straight cut" while the 2 big bottom parts of the torso were cut in angle so they "bend" in the desired directions (between them and the upper part) using th angle cut. Before make the final pattern try to replicate the cut in spare parts, even if they are smaller. That will give you the idea of where the angles are required

What type of shirt are you wearing under the armor?

Handmade shirt that I used for my cosplay of Jorah Mormont (GoT) years ago
