Yes a run to the champions league final but they flopped when they got there from the first minute of the game plus their league form was so bad to end 2018/19. That is the sort of attitude I love to see in a manager. Assertive, authoritative and doesn't let a player stand up to him.

Pep can't handle anyone with a big personality or ego as he barely handles his own squad that he likes to control every little aspect which I feel would get annoying. On the other hand Mourinho is the type of coach that players give it all for and he will stick by you through anything if you are attentive

As a Man Utd fan we really underrated Jose when he was our manager
With such shitty support from our management, he has already overachieved.
I wanted him out at the end. Not because I didn't rate him, but because his philosophy didn't suit the club. By that I don't just mean our playing identity but chemistry with the owners too. To keep Jose happy, you have to spend money. His negativity in the last season sucked out all the passion in the team by the end.

Like it or not, Jose is a natural born leader and a winner. This type of do or die mentality is what a club like Spurs need to go further and win relevant trophies. I really hope Jose brings his best to table at Spurs.
Taking them from 14th to 6th this season was one of the most amazing things mourhino has ever done - interesting that he motivates players by being completely transparent and holding them completely accountable with nothing held back. Very different from klopp who motivates with pure passion, love, energy, and support. Can't wait to see how next year turns out.
