That chocolate thing happens when you overheat the chocolate. Some air bubbles start to form and the chocolate turns into small balls of sort. So frying the chocolate insuch a thin layer of momo crust might've caused it to become like that. EDIT: I tried it. It tastes amazing with ice-cream

I wanna share a tragic accident which happened in front of my eyes yesterday. There is a litter of puppies I go to feed every saturday and sunday and as usual I went to feed them. There was relay race going on and on of my frnd was in it so she insisted me to cheer her. I was at a distance from them and during the race I saw that thw pups were below a car and the car's owner arrived. He saw that the puppies were down there then he sat in his car started the engine while 4 ran away the last one couldnt.... his neck came under the tire and he only survived 30 seconds 😞. I am sharing this story coz I thought sharing my sadness on internet will help me feel better😞
