Mutton - 1 Kg (Boil Completely )
Ginger Paste 1 Tbsp
Garlic Paste- 1 Tbsp
Green Chilli paste - 2 Tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 Tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 T-1/2 Tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 Tsp
Salt as per taste
Food colour
Fry
Oil
Chopped onions 250 gms
Tomato - 200gm
