4*s are somewhat rare but the chances of you getting one is not ridiculously low also useewa is only on the japanese server at the moment, not on the international server yet, cause i play on the japanese server

I think in every event I guess they release 2-3 songs
from my experience of bandori, jp servers ahead of en by a year, so probably around a year after this song was released in jp servers

you can’t, the different servers are basically different region-locked apps so you’ll have to have a new account for another server
