A bit disaster and normally it was uploaded by Canaan 二嬸 so we all worried if 二嬸 will be punished by Goo. It was such a fun to watch it last night and now it is back to normal. 有個方法自救“瞓厲頸”。瞓係床邊，面向天，將整個頭部同頸部伸去床邊以外，放鬆垂下一，二分鐘（ie. 頸椎同膊頭貼在床邊作穩定重心）。然後左右輕輕搖擺垂下既頭頸， 做幾次，搞掂。 pS. 放鬆頸部，唔好同地心吸力鬥力
