Sam I had the same problem with grip strength hindering my back routine. Wrist straps that wrap around the bar helped me a lot. Took the load off my hands and forearms

Definitely agree, wrist straps have allowed me to focus a lot more on my back without worrying about grip strength and I’ve seen a lot more progress because of it
Straps are fine but you can literally increase your grip strength by using a grip trainer. You can get one for cheap and can do it while you are watching tv or driving.

Yoo Sam great vid as always! If you're having problems with grip strength in the gym maybe invest in some lifting straps, they're pretty cheap and they work wonders! Keep up the good work man!

I know others have commented on this, but an easy way to start to improve grip strength and endurance is to just squeeze tennis balls throughout the day. Then work your way to grip training. Either way, keep working and improving, brother. You got this. 💪

Versa grips will change your pull day experience bro. Lat pulldown/rows are brutal when you get past your own bodyweight. Greatly increases the quality of the workouts while also lowering the forearm stress, definitely recommend!

Only two solutions for grip strengh:
Helping the grip (chalk, straps)
Increasing strengh (more forearm exercises, farmer walks, hammer curls, hangs).
As someone who watches your videos and enjoys them but doesn't play but once in a blue moon, I think something I wish was spoken about was what the skills do, and how passives work. In this video you talk about how you are bad at her passive.. What does it do? Why are you bad at it? What can make someone good at using it?

Hey Sam! I have a video idea for you just something minor, you should look into adding timestamps into your videos. For ex. At the start of this match you could timestamp it and call it hercules and then add stamps at the start of all your other games with the name of the god you play as incase people like me want to skim for a specific game but we can also just fastforward
How about the wristbands with the straps, Sam, for the back exercises? As a fellow cranker of iron, I highly recommend.
I've never had grip strength issues, i was raised on a farm and have been carrying heavy things since i was 8, grip was never something i concentrated on, but ive had trouble with shoulders and back because of multiple injuries due to a car accident when i was 19, scar tissue prevents me from a lot of heavy lifts, so i just do calisthenic instead, so i can do 30 pull ups, but put a weight of 230lbs (my weight) on a bar and i fail after 5 reps. I wish i could do weights, but ive been warned not too because one bad lift and I'll lose mobility. But keep up with the grip training, i can rip the top off unopened cans and tear phobebooks, so it's definitely funny to see people's faces when your grip is ridiculous.
Sam you gotta use straps for back day. It helps fatigue the back before the wrists it’s amazing.

maybe a stupid question but how/why does the tower become idle and cant attack at 03:50 ?
Mechanic in duel, after killing the enemy they drop a duel orb that let's you auto the tower or pnx and freeze it as long as you have the buff (15 secs after picking up the orb). Looks like a red buff above his health

Also you get vital completely stacked on thana just by clearing half the wave and it’s busted with shield of regrowth cause you stay on top of them and your autos chunk
To improve grip strength hang from the pull up bar for as long as possible. Any exercise improves grip strength so just keep at it. Don’t forget to work out your forearms!
use versa gripps or the iron rebel iron grips and you wont have to worry about grip strength

Wrist straps like you use on dead lifts will help make sure your grip/forearms aren't your limiting factor.
If you are a coffee drinker look at black rifle coffee ready to drink cans. Good stuff. If you aren’t look at Celsius drinks. Healthier energy drink
If you're looking to gain some grip strength try incorporating farmer walks into your work outs. It's a game changer.

I have high tolerance for caffeine but I chose the days and mgs a day so lets say for chest day I take 200 mg and for legs I take 300mg and I take a day off caffeine but sometimes I feel like the urge to drink even on days off but I control it, I think....

sam for grip strength on back days here's two tips for you
1. it's totally okay to use wraps on back exercises so that grip isn't a limiting factor. just make sure to do isolated grip work like farmers holds
2. hook grip (fingers over thumb) or traditional grip (thumb over fingers) -- just focus on either being 'on top' of the other, it creates a literal hook on the handle so you won't let go. side note, also imagine pulling through your elbow not your hand or arm and you'll get more back and less forearm activation
