Lov, lov, lov your appartment! The carefully decorated bar wall, the custom made closets, the bedside lamps, the perfume cabinet, the ceiling in the kitchen, the painting in the kitchen…I am in awe!
I was born and raised in the Bronx, and left NYC in 1990. Demolition Depot was my favorite salvage store to spend hours browsing through. Your marble backsplash is absolutely stunning. I love the sculptural shape of it, and the striations throughout it. I have no plans to live in NY, but I bring a little bit of its style everywhere I live.
Rarely, and I do mean rarely, do I admire someone else’s decor. I love this apartment. Take note, folks, minimize overhead lighting; there wasn’t a pot light, canned light, or recessed light in sight. LOVING it! 🥰
I love this apartment a lot!! The closets on both sides of the entry of the bedroom is a smart and simple solution that I'm going to steal. This apartment genuinely reflects the people who live in it instead of following trends, which I love.
Patrick what a beautiful apartment, well appointed space with the exotic marble backsplash and the painting, absolutely stunning and what a gorgeous mirror , my favorite ❤️
Bedroom "Sleeping area" is perfection. And the fragrance collection! Love the living room furniture and the mirror, all very Paris... London... Madrid. The kitchen is very unique and also very moody. 10 10 10.
Hi Patrick, I just moved into my new appartment in Antwerp which has some strong similarities with your appt. I come from a large loft which was designed like the Mercer hotel lobby, but have now created a true Paris Haussmann style which I am sure you would love. I’m a big NY fan and I am looking for a way to do a longer stay in the city. So I was wandering if you would be interested to swap places for a month or so and stay in Antwerp which is in itself a great city but is also on the high speed train route between Paris and Amsterdam. I know this is a rather unusual comment on a youtube video but it can work. Let me know and we’ll discuss offline. Cheers, Luc.
It's an okay apartment. I'd say 90% of what makes the apt cool is the skeleton of the apt. High ceilings especially with the tin tiles. Frankly, in NY CITY just finding an apt that big is a godsend. An entire wall of blah shelving of liquor bottles is not a design statement. It's inventory. If I never hear another person say that they "SOURCED" something in their apartment I'll die a happy man. LOL. Oh I guess it may sound like I'm being a meanie, but I mean, C'MON. Has anyone ever seen design videos with Bunny Williams? If not look her up. She's style personified and she's also extremely down to earth. I'm happy for the guy. It's just these people present themselves like their the 21st Century's greatest designers and aren't I so talented and I did such a great job and I'm so pleased that all can I can think of is that it's a good thing he does have a big apartment because he needs that room for all his great, great stuff and his ego. That being said, I loved his sweater. I'd look great in it. Really I would. I have to go now. I have to let my friends know that I just "sourced" a sweater that I would look great in.
It would be really great if the "Tiny Spaces" tours were presented in this manner vs with a host. I don't watch those tours, which I'm very much interested in because the host feels intrusive.
@@Sttz545 really i dont see anything related to Paris (or any french style or french designer or related to "haussmannien" style (wooden floors, mouldings and chimney) its very New York and it's nice.( i live in Paris)
Cool space, I'd have a smaller dining table that can be expanded since the door is right there but the number of times this guy says "like" is painful to hear.
i like the brick wall but the living room looks like a bar, too many bottles and liquors. looks like a liquore store or a bar. he does have some beautiful pieces in the house. but yah the messy liquore wall is no for me. ofcourse most importantly that he likes it, this is just my opinion. that mirror in the livingroom is piece of art. ceilings are so amazing.
Awww. Your response was so sweet. I just basically made the same comments. Only, uh, not so sweet. I guess you can take the boy out of New York but you can't take the New York out of the boy.
Not trashy in my opinion, but just too much. I would have put it in the left corner and keep the wall free for an art piece. The kitchen was beautiful but small, there was not enough counter space for even a coffeemaker.
Patrick + NYC Apartment in Flatiron = Perfection!
Good Lord, this is stunning!! Such well thought out design choices.
Lov, lov, lov your appartment! The carefully decorated bar wall, the custom made closets, the bedside lamps, the perfume cabinet, the ceiling in the kitchen, the painting in the kitchen…I am in awe!
The windows, tin ceiling, brick wall and fireplace, marble kitchen and tall mirror all work together to create a fabulous space. TFS ❤😊

I love the living room mirror, the bar wall, the bedroom . . . I even dig the marbleized kitchen. Who knew? Great work. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Feels like the perfect mix of a hotel and home. Absolute beaut
You have an incredible home. You've left no stone unturned. Warm, elegant and timeless...OUTSTANDING!
Rarely, and I do mean rarely, do I admire someone else’s decor. I love this apartment.
Take note, folks, minimize overhead lighting; there wasn’t a pot light, canned light, or recessed light in sight. LOVING it! 🥰
Thank you for sharing. Your apartment looks very nice.😊
How was your bathroom design style here at your home?😊
First of all, high props to the sound person. Crisp clear and nice. Second, what great taste.
I love this apartment a lot!! The closets on both sides of the entry of the bedroom is a smart and simple solution that I'm going to steal. This apartment genuinely reflects the people who live in it instead of following trends, which I love.
I absolutely love this apartment! The beautifully organized liquor wall, the moody vibes, and the bright office ❤
That bar wall 😍 I want to come over for cocktails by the fire!
That mirror! It wouldn't even be the same room without it! Just magnificent!
The pièce de résistance is the lighting - it sets off every stunning piece and creates an outstanding mood in every room. Bravo!
I wish you made more tiny studio tours. Havent seen those in forever.

Genius on the usage of space!! Absolutely stunning. The bar wall so nice. I might take that idea one day.
3:00 Aw man, a bike from the 1970s is "vintage"? Damn, I'm old! 😂
This is such a beautiful home. Love it!
Closet entrance to the bedroom is really nice
OMGosh Patrick, your place is FABULOUS! Where did you source the wall mounted cabinet where you showcase your fragrances and stuff... love Love LOVE!
Loved it - each room was cohesive to the entire apartment - it defiantly was a representation of you - warm and cozy detailed energy flow 💕
I've seen this apartment in another video, and it's beautiful. Everything about it is "top drawer".
gorgeous!! i feel so inspired now
Just stellar. ✨ All of it, Patrick.
Simply put and I love the natural putting together.❤
Lovin' the Vibe...the liquor wall looks like art.
Fantastic space! I loved every, single bit of it! ♥♥😍

Wow, what a great space.
Love love love!!!!
Lovely cozy house ❤
This place is FABULOUS...but...I would of liked to see the bathroom
Cool place, done really well 👍🏽
Normally, I cannot abide counter-height tables and seating or rugs under dining tables, but in the “office”, he somehow made them both work. 😊
GORGEOUS
Gorgeous!
It’s how he forces people to work from HIS home when that could’ve really been the dining room, but go off king
His living room bar is a alcoholics wet dream. Lovely apartment nicely decorated.
You had me at bar wall. Bar wall.
I love luv everything ❤
Would have loved to have seen the bathroom. ❤
I wanted to see the bathroom. Bathrooms are people too. 😊
Cool bro being rich and privileged looks awesome
Fabulous

A lovely apartment
Beautiful
Wow
cha-ching!
Well, I'm smitten.

Same
very inspiring chic and cosy! yet i see nothing parisian, it lacks an entryway and all these shelvings with bottles must be the hell to dust : )
What? The furniture style is very Paris-coded. They said inspired by and not an emulation of.
@@Sttz545 really i dont see anything related to Paris (or any french style or french designer or related to "haussmannien" style (wooden floors, mouldings and chimney) its very New York and it's nice.( i live in Paris)
I see the Mt. Gay - BARBADOS!
That explains the living room fullof liquor.
Супер ❤
Cool space, I'd have a smaller dining table that can be expanded since the door is right there but the number of times this guy says "like" is painful to hear.
He looks like Ryan Gosling

I just don't think you have enough liquors.
Did anyone check on this man and his liquor wall after the NY earthquake? 😬
Not a good place for AA meetings.
😂😅
No bathroom?
Looks like hardcore alcoholic 😂
Bricks for Parisian = no.
Like all the vibes of the apartment but the bar wall looks trashy.
Not trashy in my opinion, but just too much. I would have put it in the left corner and keep the wall free for an art piece. The kitchen was beautiful but small, there was not enough counter space for even a coffeemaker.
