The goal for my channel is to keep things simple, organic, and focused on triggers, because those are my favorite types of ASMR videos. I am a big fan of gentle tapping and scratching, so those are the style of my most frequent uploads, but I make other types of trigger videos as well. what is ASMR?
ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response," and is defined by wikipedia as a "tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don't get that "tingling sensation" it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep.

@@linds7774 yeah I know how it feels. Honestly, I have a few designer bags that were really expensive and I love them. But, I’m not sure if I’ll get them again. I mean some of them definitely but not all of them. I went through a phase of overspending… I blame it on stress haha although it was my irresponsible attitude all along. But hey yo learn and you live :)
