- Just get buff & stand behind wall 2nd phase.
Kill the first subjugator legit then 4:14 when you come back and start fighting the strand subjugator, get the shielded buff and go behind the wall to where the relic spawns. The subjugator won’t press you. The ads can still hit you a little, and the witness can chip damage but you should be fine.

Ngl I died more times on the second phase of this fight because of those damn psions pulling you in the middle and just straight up tearing you a new ass for the witness to enter
Honestly running around and picking them off is what I did, red death is also a life saver
Red death is a must and with the strand dodge is my go to.

This fight was a pain in the ass solo😂 My balls were sweating as i was holding that shield. "Dont let go of the button, dont let go".
I was clutching that block button for dear life, you can see my gun aim in immediately after lol
Where’s the cheese you’re just doing the encounter successfully
I think the cheese is hiding in the back room and not letting the subjugator get in the area by moving back and forth.
@@velexity88It’s him doing it normally but doing enough damage where he can stay in the back room. Calling this a cheese is a great stretch.
@@alderonsabbet7217 I agree. Saying cheese is a long shot for sure. However, I was able to solo it easily on legendary hiding in the side rooms, using the osteo striga and switching to a vorpal weapon (similar to the calus cheese). Still hid behind pillars from the witness, but the subjugators couldn’t attack.

Am I the only one who thought this fight was infuriating? Not even the fun kind. I alt+F4’d out of it after ~30 goes and only getting halfway down the second subjugator.

Huge thanks! I had gotten to the second tormentor 20 times in a row and kept dying. Staying where the shield spawns made him just stand outside while I obliterated him with my lfr.

Thank you bro. I finally beat it using your method. I didn’t know that the subjugaters can’t go in the shield room. Of course I died in the part right after that where the debri hits you while you have like 1% health but nonetheless, I beat it. Thanks. I’ve been stuck on this for the last 5 days. You can cheese the boss tormentor before the big boss ogre by jumping between the two mid most highest pillars by forcing it into a jump up jump down chase jump up jump down chase repeat cycle 😂

Why doesn’t your shield block go down at all??? When I do it, the shield runs out and the storm thing kills me

I've accepted at this point that my inability to beat this solo legend is skill issue cause you're literally just doing the encounter correctly no cheese

Dope I don’t watch streamers but I pause at 3:45 and my name is top left. I got to this last night on day one but got worked over a couple times until this run earlier. Appreciate you showing love my guy 🫡
its far easier solo fyi. whole campaign is. every enemy scales with fireteam, same as witch queen and lightfall. ads that take 5 shots in a group will take 1-2 shots solo etc. try it, its the easiest way to do legendary campaigns
its not hard at all, just long and tedious
damn bro calm down. this shits easy. it took me 3 tries and the 2 times i died because i was confused about the shield mechanic.
Sheesh git gud already, Lol. Ok seriously on both ends of the level you’ll find statues of people you can peek thru. It’s easier to use the one on the right bc I said so, Lol. Anyhow shoot thru the statue with a weapon that won’t dmg you. Grab the shield when time afterwards go back to that statue. During the second phase in the area where you grab the shield as you see in the video you can’t take major dmg if you just hide in the doorway. Just do your dmg from there and you’ll be done in no time, it’s almost a cheese but saying such things gets PATCHED!
The final boss was actually the psions in phase 2
