To sync up the spindles, the RPMs must be controller to a tight tolerance. The rate at which those threads are produced is amazing.

It's interesting. Is there a posiblity to apply anything about 3-D correction in B-Axis turning to cuting contour cause we have variable tool axis?

Absolutely incredible. This is totally screwy. Why not do turning and boring at a 90 deg right angle, where also the tangential forces are aimed to back surface of the Jaws? This seems to change the principals
