This is definitely my fear as a parent. My daughter is non verbal autistic and I remember how ignorant kids are in school and the parents sometimes are even worse so I have a feeling I will need a savings account just for bail money when she gets in school hopefully I can afford to send her to a school more suitable for her but they aren't cheap around here.

the father needs to go to the principles office and file grievances for bullying. Also get the bullys parents involved to settle the matter privately. The bully needs to be set straight and disciplined. The bully must apologize to the victim and If need be get counseling. This type of behavior will not be tolerated.. It needs and must be addressed and if it doesn't then the father needs to call the police and get them involved too. To file charges for bullying, harassment, assault and battery. Maybe go to juvenile jail if need be.
