Visiting a friend at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

We were invited to visit Lily while she was receiving treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It was a humbling experience for our family and we were so thankful to be able to spend some time with Lily and her family for the day.
St. Jude is an amazing not-for-profit organization. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food - because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped increase the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 to more than 80 percent since they opened more than 50 years ago and they won’t stop until no child dies from cancer. St. Jude freely shares their discoveries, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
