- Sandra Bullock's longtime partner, Bryan Randall, has died after a three-year battle with ALS. He was 57. Bryan's family confirmed the sad news to ET, asking for privacy as they take time to grieve.

Sandra seemed SO happy with him. It was really nice to see her so grounded and genuinely happy. A very heartbreaking time for her and their children I'm sure. So very sorry for their loss.❤

I lost my sister to ALS it's a devastating disease. She fought hard to live. She was only 62 she passed away a year and a half ago. Prayers for the family

@@jackidrude4950 Lou Gehrig’s Disease , it’s a neurological disease affecting the spinal cord, and causes muscle atrophy and weakness. It’s slowly progressive, victims eventually end up dependent on a ventilator to breathe, and there is no cure.

This is heartbreaking, but it's also sweet. Sandra Bullock divorced a man unfaithful to her, and she found a man who loved her and her kids. They kept their relationship private, but it seemed like there was genuine love there!
So very sorry! I lost my wonderful husband just short of 57 years this past May. He was so wonderful! And, our children and grands are being so supportive. I hope Sandra has such great support!

My mother in law died of ALS at 91 in only 6 months. It’s a horrific disease. My heart goes out to Sandra and her family.

I've always been a big fan of hers but I didn't know she was even with someone. This is so sad especially because of what she went through with her prior divorce. These two made a gorgeous couple and ALS is awful. It takes people so fast. Life is really unfair.
He choose how he wanted to live and die and just wanted his love ones there .Like she said he was a good man and she found the love of her life and had a life with him. Most people do not get that..As a Nurse I see a lot of loss and a lot of regrets .Prayers for your family.

Motor Neurone Disease is beyond devastating, as someone who nursed on a Neuro Ward for 35 years I saw it first hand .
It’s brutal , heartbreaking, the Wonderful actor David Niven first brought it to the attention of the British public . The family and the person involved are the bravest people I know , truly sad

As someone who has no issues like this, i feel so bad for these people who get this horrible disease, which begs the question, why have we seen a big spike in autism, ALS, cancer and other diseases that werent as rampant in the 1800s, or earlier? My theory, is all the chemicals that we put in our bodies from the foods and drinks we consume, and on that note REST IN PEACE Bryan, Sandra must be just devastated

Having a relative who passed for ALS better known as Lou Gehrig ‘s Disease he fought for 18 months before he finally died from it. Very sad to see a person go from being healthy to very sick in only a matter of weeks.

So, so heartbreaking to hear. ALS is horrible, probably as horrible as Alzheimers. You still recognize everyone, but it is awful. So sad for Ms. Bullock. She genuinely loved him.
