Oh dear… putting LED bulbs into reflector housings is totally illegal. You should not be advising people to do this. It will invalidate your insurance and could cause a serious accident by blinding oncoming traffic.

Not if it's the correct pattern to pass an MOT and correct level which is 1% although the xenon bulbs are illegal for this reason.
