Yeah. Bee boo boo bee duba beebabab boo. Me too. I loved that theme too. I'd sit on the bog for an hour with headphones in just watching the map of Isla Nublar spin round to hear the bassy 8-bit tones. Why I never stopped to ask why they didn't even attempt a version of John Williams' academy winning theme I have no idea. I mean, FFS, it has Amblin plastered allover it, SURELY they could have replicated the film theme, if somewhat stilted and digital!
How is it that 8 hours apart we both hearing this song and thinking the exact same damn thing!? I just looked this up on a sheer whim because my kids toy plays the crazy frog song, and I swore it was from the menu to JP lmao
@@Nadanesca LOL, I got here under similar circumstances! I was listening to a mashup of the Axel F/Ghostbusters theme and it reminded me of having this game when I was a kid and hearing a very similar tune! In any case, that really is crazy timing, especially since I can count the times I've thought about this game in the past decade on one hand. Heck, I can count it on one finger, this was it! XD
Here's something fun to do, if you want a challenge, try doing the whole game no ammo. It's possible, but Level 5 really pushes it with evil dino placements and the electric bolts. I'm actually doing some experimenting cuz I noticed whenever I enter a door and go back outside, the spawn outside the building gets reset or changed. Like there'll be compies outside cornering me to hurt me. I go inside and come back outside and they're gone and I'm like WTF?
@Otouto72 DUDE thanx for uploading this...i still remember...the starting of the game that t-rex face appearing on screen and all of sudden it opens it's mouth and the music starts playin LOL...hehe ...man i miss my childhood days....no tensions just me and my NES console...LMAO
I really like it that all those comments about not having enough ammo are all just unneeded. =3 Level 2, is clearable without shooting a piece of ammo on the gameboy. (For those who did not know). That being said, this is still an awesome game, I still have it, it was my first game ever. =D
@Kenshiro3rd Oh yeah you can't fault the music at all, Jonathan Dunn is one of my favourite composers ever, he made a lot of great music over the years and this is one of his best along with Robocop.
@Mychaldean Yeah video game music is very hard to find online, I pretty much just ripped it from an emulator manually rather than search online, there's a lot of websites promoting a "download" that I don't trust so I prefer to do it myself. Hardly anyone seems to give video game music much love, sad ain't it?
@rovert40 The whole idea was getting Lex out. Not shooting the Rex. So, walk up to lex, she should start following you. When the rex appears, run for 1 sec, stand still, he should bite an empty space. Then leave. DO NOT MOVE in the period of time he's on screen, otherwise, you have to shoot him until he leaves. Just rinse and repeat this, you should end up at a gate on the left. Where the level will end. ;)
@MrKasperabhay No problem with the upload mate, I'm just sharing my passion that's all. =) I always loved the music in this game, the game itself was very tough but the music never left me.
You're not completely right Sir :-) It's title music AND music from level five, but still awesome! :-D Completely right you are with difficultly. This thing was very hard to beat in level five. Thank god they had the awesome sound - i wouldn't have motivation for completing this without it -_-
I know this is rather late, but there's actually a really useful glitch that can help save ammo. If I remember right, it involves luring multiple enemies (two or more) so that they overlap each other, then firing a regular shot into them. For some reason, this seems to make the shot act as a powerful piercing shot, killing the overlapping enemies instantly. (Not sure if that's entirely accurate, but then it's been a _VERY_ long time since I had last played this game. And I used to be able to play it to completion!)
Awesome sound! I used to turn on my game boy just to listen to it. :)
Me too
Yup, me too.
your not alone.
Same goes for me!
Yeah. Bee boo boo bee duba beebabab boo. Me too. I loved that theme too. Best music on the Gameboy, extremely impressive when you think about it.
S-11 and Virt's osts are pretty darn advanced too!
I still hum this music to this day.
Can't stop listening!
Childhood here 🙌
haven't heard this in 20 years, yet I remember ever little bit perfectly... This is great!
The game was really tough but yeah the music is amazing, always loved the music in this game.
I remember I could spend the power my gameboys batteries just so I could listen to this music non-stop.
I love this tune, one of the best made for the Game Boy.
2 Months later... still listening!
Hearing a little bit of Axel F in there!
How is it that 8 hours apart we both hearing this song and thinking the exact same damn thing!? I just looked this up on a sheer whim because my kids toy plays the crazy frog song, and I swore it was from the menu to JP lmao

Loved this game when I was twelve. I own it again and love it.

If I remember right, this is also used as the Stage 5 theme.

Oh you should make these available on UA-cam music as well. I'd love to add then to my game music playlist
Best game music ever!

I used to listen to this for half an eternity. Wasn't interested in the game at all, but loved the soundtrack!
Agreed! One of my favourite Game Boy songs. Didn't really enjoy the game too much, but this tune is fantastic.
@Kenshiro3rd Yeah I figured. The whole soundtrack seems to be overlooked by many and doesn't seem to get the credit it deserves.
First GB game I ever played!
funniest shit ever when you die by the t-rex your hat just slowly floats to the ground lol
Just awesome.
@Davidovar34 I had this back in the day and I've since rebought it, really good game but difficult. Music's legendary though.
Heh back when I was a kid...holding my gameboy up to my ear....old times....
@tantrumania But that's what Ocean did, they made their games tough, even their earlier games on the ZX Spectrum were a challenge.
I love youtube for this nostalgia.
Iconic. Shit was the best back in the day
I live for this song
Here's your product key:
Zoomers won't get this
Oh my god.
@Freechips1 I know, its awesome! I turned on my Game Boy and let this run till the batteries died! Great tune!
agreed thanks for uploading!!!
@ViciousFalcon I'll be damned. Funny how when one gets used to playing a certain way as a kid, trying something different simply does not occur.
This and the nes version music are really good.
@Mychaldean Yeah video game music is very hard to find online, I pretty much just ripped it from an emulator manually rather than search online, there's a lot of websites promoting a "download" that I don't trust so I prefer to do it myself. @amanagrawala This has always been one of my favourite game musics ever.
@rovert40

@xJORDAN99x I had it and it was difficult, really tricky in parts. But yeah the music is awesome! I love it!
@MrKasperabhay No problem with the upload mate, I'm just sharing my passion that's all. =) I always loved the music in this game, the game itself was very tough but the music never left me.
@Kenshiro3rd Have you tried VGMuseum? That's the only place I know to get midis of video game music.
sounds like C64, this is that old Gameboy?
@ViciousFalcon I've beaten the level before, but each time I would find every scrap of ammo I could, before unloading it all on that damn T-rex. :p
YES
Oh shit i remember this music. this isnt the title music. this is level 5. i only got there like twice. this sit was so hard. then i lost the game
You're not completely right Sir :-) It's title music AND music from level five, but still awesome! :-D Completely right you are with difficultly. This thing was very hard to beat in level five. Thank god they had the awesome sound - i wouldn't have motivation for completing this without it -_-
@tantrumania Once your out of ammo there was nothing else to do other than be the T-Rex's dinner. You were fighting a lost cause at that point.
anyone else just put the headphones and listen to this for a bit before turning it off!!!!
@tantrumania Yep that's where I'm stuck too, can never have enough ammo for him! It's pretty darn annoying to say the least.
I know this is rather late, but there's actually a really useful glitch that can help save ammo.

@rovert40
I know, I realized it after a long time.
I demand that you pick up your cartridge, and get to level three!
I don’t get it.. they got the license to use the movie.. but couldn’t use the original soundtrack??
@Otouto72 and when you are out of ammo its over.. that was really annoying..
@danceswithdudley Never heard of that game personally. Must check it out, thanks mate!
I want to the THE STROKES to cover this song.
this is the sound of badassery. i loved the music and hated the game cuz i never finished it. badassery music.
@Freechips1 Haha yeah you really can't get enough of it can you mate! =)
1988 presente
@llOoXxACExXoOllAS Yeah this and the entire soundtrack for that matter is just awesome.
no problem =)
@ViciousFalcon HOW???
@Otouto72 this game shouldn't be that hard.. i mean they made it a bit realistic but still its a gameboy game..
@llOoXxACExXoOllAS Hey no problem, just sharing my passion after all. =)
Shit? But i love this game! Playing on GBC many years ago and now play on android emulator, still amazing.
Better than JW ps4 in the styl2
this game was impossible!!! especially second level boss T-Rex :))))
fuck this game was bullshit but this music.....
