I have seen all three films (wish they made more or a tv show I would watch the hell out of it.) this one with this couple in my opinion was the best one out of all three films.
The other two relationships were so toxic. Between the one girl forced to marry a demon who previously got many wives other centuries and the other one girl constantly beat up by guys because her demon never protected her because he was selfish. Yeah the last story was the better one.
After watching the first 2 parts I never thought I would like this guy.. But after watching the 3rd part, this couple became my most favorite.. highly recommended movie guys...

The whole Battle of Demons trilogy is one of my favourite film series to exist, but I honestly cant figure out what the genre is. Are these romance films? Action films? Fantasy films? I cant figure it out. And who's the demographic? Is it for teenage girls who wish they had edgy demon boyfriends? Is it for teenage guys who wish they were edgy demons? I'm not sure why these films exist, but I'm so glad they do. Though I will admit, Battle of Demons 2 was kinda dull compared to 1 & 3
Hibiki and Moeji made Battle of Demons 2 for me. No offense to Reiji, I just liked Hibiki and Moeji better in that movie. The third movie is my favorite out of all of them.

Actually i take that back now, after rewatching the trilogy again, I’m not sure why I shit all over the second one so much. The second one is a necessary break between the first two. It shows us more about Hibiki’s character and his backstory, before we get to see things from his perspective more in the 3rd film. It also explains more why Hibiki wanted to be Kito so bad. During the second film, Kaki is away while all this bad shit is going on, so we see that he’s really a useless Kito. If anyone’s like me, and originally disliked the second film, I suggest rewatching the films again. After you’ve seen film 3 once, you see the important of the second one a lot more. I recently rewatched in the order 3, 1, 2 and found that I enjoyed the second one more that way.

This one takes place after the first movie. Kaki (or the Kito) is the leader of the demons and his aura on his wife causes all other demons to lust for her. Momoko was dumped by her fiancé, which is why she's being set up with Soccer Dude. Meanwhile she helps the guy in the hospital (who was trying to rid of Kaki) with info on other demons.
