i make these videos for people who like to listen to certain sounds, or voices. The relaxing tingly feeling that many people get from these videos is called ASMR. Everyone has different ASMR triggers that they enjoy so that's why i get different requests :)
Never knew it had a name until I stumbled across your videos. I definitely have ASMR. My husband now knows what its called. ha. He has been gently tickling my back while I fade off to sleep for 34 years. And I've explained about the goose bumps and tingles that allow me to relax and drift off. I've been this way ever since I was a little girl. When someone would fix my hair, etc. Always made me so relaxed..but not only that of course. Certain sounds. And if it was a teacher at school's voice...oh look out....it was a constant struggle to stay awake. ha. I love this one. The gentle typing has the same effect. This is just so awesome for me.
There's nothing quite like meeting a nice person, whether in real life or on the internet, it just has such a good effect on your day. That's you!! Thanks for all your amazing video's, I love ASMR and am glad you're here doing what you're doing :)

I have had ASMR sensations all my life and never knew what it was! I would try to explain it to people how I was feeling but could never find anyone that identified with it. One of my favorite is listening to people talking on the radio on NPR. the way their lips move and the crackle. I always thought I was weird! Thank you for giving me a better understanding of what the sensations were about!

I found out about your video one night, and it put me right to sleep. And that's when I started getting totally obsessed with asmr! I watch it every night before I go to bed! My favorites are tapping ones, and clicking ones. Have you ever considered having your videos put up on iTunes? Because dice I have an iPod, I don't get Internet in the car, and that's when I have the hardest time trying to sleep. I love your videos so much! Stay amazing!
i love this video. i find the space abr when you type is very relaxing and espicially the whispering. Whenever me and my girlfriend cuddle she whispers into my ear and i alomost fall asleep. your videos help me fall asleep and i thank you for that :)

Your Dutch whispering (with wooden blocks) is one of your best and reminds me of that scene in Witness with Harrison Ford, in the bed surrounded by those Amish fathers whispering, which always makes my scalp tingle. If you do do requests, A vid with two people in whispered conversation, in Dutch, slowly sorting through a bag of old pens would be superb!!

I have experimented with this for years and find it only works when you are tired.
Well for me it can happen anytime. If its a trigger that sends the tingles it happens. ;)
