The one with the rotating bristles written turbo brush are for carpet and one written only philips is for floor but you can clean carpet also by operating switch given with it

Hello Mam, You can buy this without thinking much as its on/off switch and cable retracting switch can also be operated with foot so there is very less bending and the length of the vacuum hose is also adjustable so you can adjust as per your requirement. Its suction is very good and picks up dust like a charm even you don't need to mop afterwards. About the cord length it is 18 feet long and the action radius is 21 feet so you can cover upto 21 feet area from one power plug. You can surely buy this. Hope this helps 😃

Turbo brush need total air intake for rotation of bristles in it when you put over a carpet or mattress the vacuum provide sufficient conditions to rotate it. When you use normal brush with lock and then put it on carpet then you can notice the leakage of air from sideways this is why turbo brush doesn't have lock system to overcome the loss of vacuum
Hello mam it is moderately heavy, if you lift it a bit it feels heavy and can strain your wrist. If your hand pain is due to recent fracture or any other accident then it is not recommended for you.

Hello your doubts are true 1. HEPA FILTER which is used as exhaust filter in vacuum need to be replaced after 1year according to philips and it is not available on Amazon or Philips website but they say it is available in their stores. I have checked online it can be found on eBay for 1700. If you want to make it use for long you have to clean the main filter of vacuum regularly which is washable by doing this your exhaust HEPA filter can be used for long as much as you can. 2. When picking of pet hair some decent amount of hair stuck in brushe because there bristles are very dense and you have to clean it with your hands after using vacuum. 3. About 2 pin plug issue yes it arises when you are using normal power sockets if you are using modular sockets then this issue will not arise. Hope this will help you.

Hello sir you can use it for half an hour in one go very easily without any problem, I personally use it for 45 minutes without any problem and the cooling time i give is 5-10 minutes depends upon how hot the motor by touching the vacuum if i want to further use

When i use it daily there is no need for wet mop unless there is some stains on floor because it picks up very fine dirt and trap inside the jar so there is no need of wet mop if you use it daily. It is very user friendly there is no need of cleaning the whole vacuum just wash the jar and its done.

Hello mam yes you can clean spider web by using nozzle attachment provided with it and in case of fans there is a brush attached with the pipe but I didn't find it efficient so after vacuuming fan a clean cloth is must for wiping remaining dust from fan. 😄

Hello I use it for continuously 1 hour straight without any rest and not experienced overheating. It starts heats up after 5 minute of use as it is normal because of its high power motor due to which it generates heat and it is also bearable due to its good quality. I haven't experienced any shock and there is also no open part in vacuum or wiring where you can get a shock. It is completely safe I guess. You can buy without hesitation. Good luck
